Buying our first home was overwhelming, but Fit Properties and Marissa made it fun and eased our anxiety with how calm and confident she was when sharing her experience in the market and in San Diego specifically. I contacted Marissa about five months prior to thinking about my house and to get a pulse on the market. Fit helped us purchase our 2nd home ... but then on our 1st when she hadn't even helped us on that one she came thru perhaps even bigger by helping me w/o pay get a loan mod to keep the 1st home! forever indebted! on the 2nd home she spent countless hours helping us nail down the location and this was back in 2011 after market had crashed ... she… landed us a gold mine that needed some work, but she said "you gotta go see this one"...turns out it was in Allied Gardens, up and coming area, and our house has almost doubled in value. The pic on the MLS showed a playground in the front yard

It's been a year since I closed on my beach condo that I'm in love with and Marissa at Fit Properties is STILL giving me amazing service. Right from the start, she made the home finding and buying process so smooth and seamless for me! The very first place that we looked at was the place for me! I put in an offer that same day (a Sunday afternoon)… and by Monday morning my offer had been accepted and I was in escrow!
