Lived there for 3 1/2 years. loved my neighbor, very safe environment (for the most part….). I did have someone coming into my apartment while I wasn’t there.I filed police reports. Have no idea who it was or who it could be— I know it was not the maintenance people. Had to change the locks. Otherwise, it was decent until the end. Has been a management change since I moved in and they are unprofessional. They screwed me over to get more money. Which…. what do you expect…. Hope to never use Lindsey management again.

Well we had a good experience with them until we moved out. We cleaned the apartment very well and thought we would get are deposit back but no we didn't give them a 30 day notice and they keep are deposit. We got charge 10 $ for paint and 40 $ for them to paint . We did take a video of the apartment before we left.

I worked for fairways at hurricane creek as a maintenance tech for about 2 months it was a great experience then I had a family emergency and had to quit I moved my stuff out in 2 days the apartment was extremely clean no holes no spots on the carpet and I took pictures of everything and got it ready for my co workers to paint and clean just trying to be nice because I felt bad about leaving the job and them. So I went to the office later that day and turned my keys in and they wanted a forwarding address for my deposit to be sent to well I finally got my deposit back and they charged me for new
