Yes it is a older apartment complex, and has some beauty marks to it (i.e. baseboards old, windows fogged up on some units). But the leasing staff up here made our out of state move comfortably easy and the maintenance have been impressive in the first week. Me and my wife are extremely impressed so far compared to other apartments we've stayed in the past.

Went for a tour and seemed to be a nuisance, but son filled out an application immediately since he needed something soon. It's been a week, we've been charged for the application, but it has STILL NOT been processed. He also submitted an application for the sister complex at The Lakes about an hour after submitting to The Greens and was approved and made a deposit in roughly an hour. VERY different levels of service. We would request a refund on the $30 application fee but figure it is a lost cause. VERY thankful son will be living elsewhere.

It has nice sceneries, the apartment is pretty much like "you get what you paid for". I lived there for 6 months, then moved.

I've lived in five different units with this complex since 2010. It used to be reasonable priced considering all of the bugs (roaches, ants, beetles, spiders, bed bugs), but as rent continued to rise, quality and customer service went down. The appliances have always been barely functioning, but there have been times clothes were damaged beyond repair by grease from the washing machine. If they ever replaced an appliance, which is not often as they seem uncaring/unwilling, it is not with a new appliance, but another used and old appliance that also barely functions. In one unit, we got fleas from

Mold damage, unable to use apartment for a month. Violated OSHA regulations while fixing. Unwilling to work with me. Noisy. Cheap place. Tried to make me pay another month even though I left before my lease was up. Had to cancel payment through the bank. Will NEVER stay with Lindsey Management Co again. I'd rather stay in hotel.

I’ve lived here for 3 years. Best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Ron & Lindsey are the best managers. Always on top of their game. If anything needs attention they take care of it in a timely manner. Definitely recommend living at The Green’s.

We've leased apartments here and set them up as corporate apartments. Our employees here have always been happy with the community and everything it offers. We're thankful for the great staff and management!

Apartments are ok for the price. Don’t expect too much. After 6 months new neighbors moved in behind us. Terrible noisy, fighting and loud music in the middle of the night. When I complained about this to management they promised me they would take actions because it clearly violated the rules in the rental agreement. Needles to say nothing was done about it. Same as the other rules in the agreement. No proper enforcement when any of them were violated. But they were sure to enforce the late rent payment rule. Expect the police, ambulance and fire department to show up once a week because that’s

Don’t get me wrong. It was fine until about 6 months into the lease. The management system will act all nice over the phone but when I comes to actually solving a problem, they don’t do anything. I’ve made several complaints and statements asking that they fix the water leaking, control the loud people up stairs, etc. The lady at the front desk constantly tries to avoid my mother because she knows every time she comes in , most likely there’s a problem. I do not recommend this “hood wanna be” to anybody.
