I miss my turn so I pulled in to chapel ridge apartments to turn around, once there I was bedazzled by how beautiful it was and overwhelmed with lights and shiny doors. I had to know what this place was, what this majestic series of buildings that were connected came from. It was thin that I seen a glorious man relieving his bowels upon the concrete sidewalk. I knew then I had found home. This was 187 years ago and I have never been happier

Drove around this complex with my daughter, this place is absolutely filthy on the outside!
There's more trash than apartment units!!
The premises are so unkept, dirty stairwells, exterior of entire complex needs power washing or painting, the only vegetation still showing signs of life are the few trees. I bet even the trees wish they could move! What should be fresh green grass is nothing but dirt.

It's ok. Hurricane Creek Elementary is right next door, the older kids catch the bus in the back of the parking lot. Bryant school district. Pool is great..when it's open. :-/ Theres No trash bill, no yard work, all electric (First Electric Cooperative), also both cable and water are included in your rent(Fidelity). Pets allowed with pet deposit.

***WARNING*** DO NOT get a downstairs apartment on the bottom near the creek. Every time it rains, it FLOODS. Someone really needs to fix this problem. I've lived here about 9 years and it's a constant problem.

I currently live here now and this place has went all the way down. I lived here for over 5 years and I’m moving ASAP. We don’t have access to the pool anymore because of other tenants. There is only one way in and out because of other tenants issues. The trash bin is always full and looks gross. The children can’t play at the park without getting harassed from the apartment manager. The laundry closes early and I work late so I cant access it, which is not right. The stairwells and balconies are dirty and need to be spray washed. The only good thing about this place, is it is convenient
