DON’T RENT HERE! There are spiders and spider-webs everywhere you go. OHHHH don’t let me forget the other different bugs. My balcony haven’t been power washed all summer. Instead of them power washing the balcony they just painted over it. The leasing office people are very rude and always have an attitude, especially the so-called manager! The only good review that I can give say is about maintenance. They come very quickly even though they half fix things. DON’T EXPECT TO GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK EVEN IF THE APARTMENT IS IN GOOD CONDITION!!!!!!!

They are very money hungry I made mistake of paying my deposit before I veiled the unit it was very small and roach infested the Fay I was scheduled to move they called me and told me the apartment was not ready management agreed to return my deposit because the unit was not ready and I still have not received it I had already had my utilities scheduled to be transferred they were very unprofessional and unorganized

Horrible the apartment management and staff will not do they job. security Very rude and lazy wont do they job either. I truly recommend you to look somewhere else beside this place. People up stairs has being making all kind of noise from the time i wake up to the time i go to sleep٫ it would be different if i didn't have a baby but when it affect my baby sleep than it becomes a problem. But since the lazy chick at the office want to put a definition on noise٫they gone wish they did more. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE IT IS NOT WORTH THE headaches

When I first got here I thought it was a perfect fit but through these couple of months I’ve seen many bugs and today I seen a roach for a first time. I keep it clean here so for a roach to just pop out that says a lot. Also the toilets were nasty and unsanitary has mold and germs all under and around it. I had to clean it up which was very yucky. I’m planning to move from these apartments very soon I do not recommend. They should atleast clean up before they move someone in.

I currently live here. Not even a month yet. I’ve complained about roaches twice. They’ll come out and spray and it doesn’t help. I see at least one everyday. Even woke up to one crawling on me. (I told the office all of this). Make sure “life” doesn’t happen and you can pay by the 3rd as well. They’ll have a notice to vacate 3 days later if you don’t. I should’ve known better after dealing with Lindsey management in another town. But at least that one didn’t have roaches.

i visited the property they other day and Ms. Robyn was very helpful. she was very knowledgeable and professional and considered my needs in finding what would work for me. I loved the units she showed me and highly considering Eagle Nest when my current lease is up. I couldn't thank her enough. I highly suggest asking for her!

I have been dealing with Matt and Whitney. They are very unprofessional and unsympathetic to my problem. I lived in a one bedroom for a couple of months and decided to move to a two bedroom. The two bedroom has roaches. I went to them immediately about this. Their only solution is for me to wait and see if the roaches will die off after spraying the apartment. They have not. I asked to be transferred to another apartment, they said no. I even asked to return to my one bedroom, which is roach free of they said no. The only way they said I could transfer was if I filled out another application and

There should be a option for 0 star because this complex doesn't even deserve 1! The manager and her so called team of "maintenance" are very unprofessional and WILL NOT take care of their residents. You have to go above to corporate to even have anything done. And they barely are willing. I have never lived in a complex where I have to fight to get something fixed in my apartment. If you are thinking of living here I advise you not to. You will only be wasting your money. This is a true example of POOR MANAGEMENT! Eagle Nest in Little Rock, AR is THE worst apartment complex in the little rock
