I have a friend that lives there now, ive always liked his apartment and how big it is. I’ve been there in office to ask for more information,They were very nice in the office and it looks like they keep the place pretty cleaned up, all the times ive been there. I will keep this in mind when my current lease is up.

I have lived at Westbury for the last three years and do not plan on leaving anytime soon.
It is competitive with other rentals in the surrounding area.
The location is perfect.
You are a quarter-mile from 480 and within walking distance of numerous stores and shopping centers, the mall, and various restaurants.
Staff is nice as can be, and Karen is always on top of things.
Anytime I needed something fixed maintenance is there the same day or the following day and is friendly and trustworthy.
Tenants are friendly to each other and tend to hold doors and wish each other a good day when getting

I just signed my 3rd renewal lease. This is the first place where I feel at home. The location is perfect as I do not drive. I believe the prices to be fair considering the location. I’ve never had a problem here that can’t be fixed. The maintenance guys are very friendly and get the job done. The leasing management team is wonderful, helpful, and very friendly as well. When I moved here, I had hoped that I wouldn’t be moving any time soon. Considering this this going into my 4th year living here, I don’t plan on leaving any time soon. The apartments themselves are spacious, and very quiet

I lived there for 3 years. Staff is nice and the location is excellent. I liked the gym too and the price was decent. BUT, I give it two stars for a reason. The elevators went down CONSTANTLY and living on the 14th floor, that was a huge deal, esp when you had to wait 10min just to get upstairs/downstairs just to have the elevator door open with 10 other people in it. Which btw is awful if you own a dog. The other tenants were another problem. There were nice people, but then there weren't. Elevators would be trashed, hallways would have wrappers, food, etc all over. On my floor there was a couple

I have been here since May 2012 & overall no complaints. Actually, I will say that everyone is every nice & helpful & every time I have had a question or concern, it is addressed immediately (special kudos to Courtney!). Believe me--I am not a patient person so this is not something I would lie about :) Westbury is at a great location---across from Great Northern Mall, Harry Buffalo, right in front of Wal Mart---it doesn't get much better than this as far as location goes. I absolutely hate these apartments! They used to be great but now, horrible. Infestation of bed bugs, no more handicap access, south entrance is blocked off, holes in ceilings,bricks falling. Something always needs fixing.great location though..but defiantly need to change their "luxury apartment" sign.
