From the beginning of the process to actually moving in, Jessica, Brandi & Kim have been great to work with. Always available to answer one of my many questions, never making me feel like I was bothering them. And now that I’m in my place, I can’t say enough about the maintenance crew. I needed a couple of things fixed, and they were prompt & courteous both times. It’s only been a few weeks, but the service from the staff has been exceptional!

I have lived at Butternut Ridge for about 5 months now and love it. The front office staff is so friendly and always has great communication regarding complex information, issues and events. They have something planned each month for residents which is amazing and even have organized events to give back to the local community. The maintenance staff is awesome too. They are always timely even when I had an after hours issue. I’m very happy to live at Butternut Ridge.

I lived at Butternut Ridge for just over a year and I absolutely loved it. It was my first apartment and Jessica was super helpful throughout the visit and application process. Whenever maintenance was required, the maintenance team was quick to respond. The apartment is in a great location since it is close to Great Northern shopping and restaurants as well as 480. The pool and area surrounding the pool is outstanding and a great place to relax. The gym is easy to access and usually not very crowded. My apartment faced the woods in the back of the complex which separated the complex from the highway

We have lived at Butternut for a year now. The amenities are spectacular and the community is very safe. If we experience a maintenance issue, it is handled in 24 hours or less. My wife and I love living here and could not say great enough things about the living space, staff and our overall experience! Phenomenal pet-friendly community!

This is easily one of the best places I've lived. The staff is very attentive and gets things done in no time flat. Community is pretty quiet and relaxing and everyone is friendly! I rarely renew my lease anywhere, but this place definitely deserves more time! :)

I moved in about 3 months ago and have been happy the entire time so far! Maintenance has been minor- clogged sink- but they are quick to respond. Unit was super clean when we moved in, appliances all work great. The grounds are well maintained, pool is always clean. Staff and neighbors are super friendly and no noise complaints so far! Super easy… to pay rent online. There are fun events at the clubhouse- cookouts, pizza parties, ice cream/snow cone trucks. Location is so convenient to my job, major highways and every store you could want is close by. Very happy we came to Butternut Ridge

LOVE the apartments here. Office girls Jessica & Brandy are so incredibly helpful and do a great job. They are always super responsive and renting has been so easy.
Pool is a huge highlight.. lots of room & not very crowded most of the time.
Would highly recommend!! Fun activities all year they put on.

I highly recommend Butternut Ridge simply because the ENTIRE office staff and maintenance crew are amazing ! They are ALL professional, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely kind individuals ! To have a place that has such great customer service is rare these days and this place exceeds expectations.

I lived here for 4 years. 2 different apartments on the property. And I can honestly say it was my best apartment living situation I have ever experienced. Nice apartments, family and pet friendly community, excellent amenities, in a city with everything you could possibly need. Not to mention it is all of 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland. I can… tell you that while I did recently move, Butternut Ridge played zero part in my reason for leaving. I have recommended this place to friends and will continue to do so. Lastly, the staff is incredible. Always available to help and the 24/7 maintenance

I am so thankful that we found these apartments. So far our experience living here has been wonderful. Kimberly and the other staff members go far and beyond our expectations.Seth from maintenance is always there for us when we need his help. He even gives us advices on how to keep the apartment safe. Also, we love to live here because you get to have nice and respectful neighbors: From college students, executives, working moms to seniors, everybody makes the community look like a big family.
