Sturbridge Square Apartments

Beautiful updated apartments in such a nice area! The office staff is very responsive and friendly. Shelby is so helpful and welcoming! I love how cozy the homes are. I would recommend the community to everyone!

I've been at Sturbridge for about 5 months now and I love it! I've lived in many apartment complexes (7 and counting) and can honestly say my experience at Sturbridge as been one of the best. The grounds are very peaceful and the office/maintenance staff is so friendly and accommodating. Very appreciate of them coming into the office during COVID and making sure safety protocols are all being followed.

Have lived here for a year and half and will be staying as long as possible! The staff is amazing. Maintenance is always prompt when we put in a request. The best part about this place is just the atmosphere. It gives you that small town community feel. Everyone is super friendly. Very very pet friendly. Our pups have made so many friends! Events going all the time. Pool is amazing. Just overall an outstanding experience!!

Beautiful complex. I have lived in the same apartment for 2.5 years and love it. Great amenities: gym, coffee bar, pool, dog friendly. The staff is very kind and maintenance staff responsiveness is timely. We live on the first floor and we have had neighbors who are very quiet and neighbors who are very loud above us. Please before renting make sure from this rule which will not tell U during the signing the lease " YOU HAVE TO PAY THEM 3000 $ IF U BREAK THE LEASE EVEN U ARE MOVING OUT OF THE STATE " . I have to leave as a got acceptance in college in Florida and now I have to pay this sum !!!! no forgiveness or mercy !!

I love the continental breakfast offered at the clubhouse. Its the small things about living here that I like and the staff is super helpful.

One of the best places to live in Westlake. The apartment is lively with people walking their dogs all the time. The crocker park is walkable distance which has restaurants, shopping outlets and theaters. The grocery stores are also located nearby. They have a secure package room, so packages do not get lost. The maintenance guys are awesome and will turn up to your door as soon as you log a service request. If you have any problem with management, you can reach out to Danny who often understands the issues of tenants and tries to resolve as many issues he can.

Security is REAL problem. Poor lighting, nor security guard at night and no security camera!!! The location is near the highway so it creates a quick on and quick off the highway for thieves and vandals. Management down plays the problem. Recently had my car jacked up and all 4 wheels and tires stolen overnight. Beware

I love our Sturbridge community. The staff are always friendly and accommodating as able. Our pool opens a MONTH before everyone else's and the grounds are beautiful!
