Thank you Colleen Stasik for bullying me out of my apartment after you lied and refused to fix my apartment that had mold in the bathroom tiles falling off and mold in my daughters closet STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE if they don’t like you they will bully you out btw Colleen when the health department shows up I want you to know it was me who called

I moved into this apartment 2 years ago. Multiple issues. Roof caved in because of water. They never repaired the roof to remove all the water damage they just send someone to paint over and over again. Never cleaned the carpets. All the fixtures are falling off including the doors. The mirrors over the sinks are old and screws are stripped to keep the doors on. Tiles in the bathroom keep coming up even though they "fix" them. Recently this apartment was sold to RHM real estate company. So that they can upgrade the units and get more money for them. This company can care less about its tenants

Place has went even more down hill since a property management company took over. The place had a nice park like setting, but like any brainless corporate entity, they came in a cut all the tree down that gave the apartments any curb appeal. It looks like a prison and in suprised the city hasnt asked them to stop. We all have to loom at the blight that is james town.

Apartments constantly having issues with black mold, leaking ceilings, stolen property, violent and loud neighborhood, with rude and completely unprofessional staff. Would do them good to learn a bit of manners, since they obviously have no idea how to be professional. Multiple times I woke up to my daughters crib flooded with water from the ceiling (every single time it rains) regardless of where I moved. Had to put her in the smaller room with me and leave that room empty because of the ceilings. How would you like your toddler to be covered in black mold rain water?? Yea. Exactly. Do NOT get
