The recent positive reviews are false as they were written by the management.The are just covering the fact that 8 out of 10 would not recommend living at the Westfield Apartments in Westlake,Oh.There is no onsite manager or maintenance living at the property.The one maintenance guy lives a good distance away should you have a maintenance problem it`s your problem.The office manager may be in a good mood once or twice a month.The rest of the time she is not the easiest to deal with and is combative towards the tenants.She`s always looking for a fight.The parking lot is the worst in Westlake during

In 2003 we moved into the Westfield apartments located in Westlake,Oh.Moved out in 2015.My family still has friends there and often visit the Westfield.It is currently a horrendously managed building.The only staff member working at this building is manager Noreen who is extremely mean and vindictive.During a recent visit of the Westfield couple weeks ago the manager Noreen was screaming uncontrollably at a staff member in the open lobby.Tenants saw it and reported it to upper management.The building is in a great location with recent upgrades.But there is NO ONE from the staff living on the premises

Most amentites described are not there ...management sucks!! Maureen the manager is very very rude! Talking to her she walks away from you. If you call mantiance to fix something they are very slow and sometimes forget. EVERYDAY there's some kind of note on the door stating they need to come into the apartment to do things! And some stuff has come up missing cuz they allow anyone to come through!....last month before we left this dump they allowed 6 guys into our apartment to clean the duct from the drier!! Really doesn't need 6 guys to do that! They are considerate or compassionate! ...NEW MANAGMENT
