It is simply a free, quick, and easy form that assists us in pre-screening tenants and also so we know who is viewing our property before we send a representative out to meet a complete stranger. This is for the safety of our representatives. We will not show a property without it, period.

Our renting experience with kodiak properties has been fantastic since day one. Kyleigh has always made sure our property is maintained and that any issues we have are resolved in a very timely fashion. And above all, the house felt like a home from day one. The property is updated, freshly painted, and has new appliances which makes renting 100% worry free.
