I have hired other home inspectors in the past and have to say that I loved being able to walk through with him as he performed the inspection. It's one thing to read it in a report from home, but much more helpful to see it first hand and get a personalized explanation. I will be using him again for my next flip house!

Outstanding! Ben pays incredibly close attention to detail. He walked me through the entire inspection, explaining his findings and reasoning to me as he went. This was very helpful as a first time homeowner, and it certainly made the inspection report much more easy to understand and translate. I would recommend Graceland Home Inspections to everyone, but ESPECIALLY first time home buyers!!!
