One time fees: App fee $40 single application fee, $55 joint application fee, $100 administrative fee. I love this community because the environment here is beautiful and well kept. What I really like is it's very near to the Convention Center, Airport just 2 minutes drive to Walmart, HEB, Target and a lot of other shopping & restaurants. You have quick access to the Expressway. The Manager and staff are very kind good people.

Im giving 2 star review because me and my family could not rent here because my 2 children who are 3 and 3 months old could not be in a bedroom with us......
We wanted to rent a one bedroom because thats all we need right now. Kids are young and share a room with us, but they say that they couldn't rent us a one bedroom because its 2 people per room. So our girls would need their own room. So we needed a 2 bedroom.. such a shame.

Last week when I posted the review of my still home apartment complex, I did so when I was approached by management to quiet my kids down in the pool. I'm still trying on keeping the 5 year old and 8 year old quiet WHILE IN A SWIMMING POOL :) So, if you are looking into a family oriented complex, this might not be the right place for you!

The place is nice to stay in the beginning but the longer you stay, the worse it gets. The apartment unit that I have stayed has a lot of issues like a puddle will suddenly appear on the carpet. The gym equipments are not always working.
Upon leaving, they charge for every room that is dirty and they are very rude when being questionned about the fees.
It was a good experience at first but the longer you stay the worse it gets. Plus, it is very over charged an very expensive. Not worth it.
I paid for a PET FEE that doesn't cover anything. Very Bad experience.

Lived here for many years. You will always feel like you are being watched. They will repair things but never expect them to change something like a new faucet, appliance or carpet. Their standards of living are really low and poor. If you have stayed long you will never get back your deposit moreover you will end up paying for repairs when you leave. Here you won't be seen as a customer. The price per square foot is high.
