Absolutely horrible communication with the leasing office. Jumps directly to a third party collection agency before bothering with a letter, email, or phone call to give any form of notification that you owe a debt. Refused to honor month-to-month rent discount that was signed for an early lease renewal offer. Cold, heartless, inflexible conversations with the main office staff. I was a resident for 2.5 years and would not recommend to friends, family, or my worst enemy.

One Star. My mom is currently living at this apartment and has been dealing with mold for the past 3 weeks. She's also been in and out of the hospital due to an infection and she's been told that the mold no big deal and that there are no vacancies to move her. I just checked their website and they have seven apartments "available NOW!". They don't even have the decency to move her to a hotel temporarily or provide any kind of timeframe for a solution. I've called twice now and have also not been given an answer. If you want to live with mold and with staff who don't care about your health, this

Unprofessional & Unethical
I rented an apartment and was careful to document and take pictures of everything that was damaged, broken or otherwise in poor shape, I even filled out a form when I moved in and submitted that to the head office.
The new management decided they did not want to return my security deposit and charged me for the damaged floor, broken microwave door and paint chips which I took pictures of and reported before I moved in.
I should have taken the negative reviews here more seriously.
