This is the most unprofessional Place I experienced I was thinking of renting a place from here I paid my deposit plus admin fee of $150.00 I could not get a hold of anyone for a week. When they decide to call me back a week 1/2 later they tell me my admin fee non refundable if I choose to cancel because its taking so long to approve me that is ridiculous I don't want to give any stars but it will nit allow me to post. So this star is a minus keep driving DO NOT RENT

I stayed at Field crest for more than 4 years.Karen and Jennifer were in front office when I moved and they were AMAZING!!! .Now Rent is going up and standard of Living going down since new management took over.Apartment are very old and requires lot of maintenance. In my apartment, water leakage happened at least 4 times during my stay.
I found apartments safe to stay but heard about a major safety related incidents happened recently after I left.
Management gives hard time while renewing lease so i decided to leave. During lease renewal, they intentionally miss to mention about security deposit

Was an awesome place to live for the first few years when the original office staff were still there, but new management greatly effected every aspect of the entire place.
The loud music, the trash in the parking lot, and the fact they allow just about anyone to lease here is an issue.
Maintenance was always super polite and friendly, but the office staff was not helpful and unfriendly( WHEN you could get them to awnser the phone or return your call that is)
And they increased rent, but never upgraded anything whatsoever

I’ve lived here for over a year now and what impressed me initially was the amount of Covington police officers that live here. My neighbor is one. I haven’t had any issues or concerns about the quality of life. Calling the office and getting an immediate answer can be challenging, but once you get to someone your concerns are addressed swiftly. Viondi the property manager is very professional and courteous. He’s the only one in the office I like handling any issues because I am confident they will be handled swiftly. The most recent occurrence was relating to a referral I made, not only

I've been here going on 2 yrs. It was pretty good the first year, but now with this new management i don't have anything nice to say. They raised the rent and service has gotten worse. If you call and get an answer, consider yourself very lucky. Hopefully things will get better, but i truly doubt it.
