I was interested in a tour for this complex, so i called to find out how to book a tour and the lady that answered the phone informed me that due to the pandemic at this time they are not doing regular tours... I would have to put in an application which also means i would be paying an application fee.. WHY would i want to pay an application fee for an apartment complex I don't even know if i actually like?... I'm good.. i'd rather not spend my money with a money hungry company..

Very unprofessional. Today the water was turned off in our building with no prior notification. When I called the front office the woman said she had no idea why and she would have to talk to maintenance about it 🙄. When she called back she tells me that the water would be off for several hours because maintenance was working on a unit at the bottom. So I'm unable to cook, clean myself / child and I can't flush the toilet either for several hours !? Once again they gave NO ONE any notification before turning off the water which is supposed to be mandatory by law. I will be making some phone

Very unorganized and dishonest! I applied and was informed that I’d know whether or not I was approved within 3 days but it took nearly 2 weeks of me calling before I reached a lady named Emory who told me that I was approved. They kept pushing back the moving date and when I called to request a reservation agreement, my call was declined and I immediately received an email from Kasha stating that my application was rejected because my income was too high?? I personally applied with the apartment manager, Sherry, and she told me what the maximum salary was .....I made 5000 dollars less than that

Magnolia Heights is home. I love it here, my children love it and I'm thankful to be signing another lease for year 3. I love the property manager, she has THE BEST personality and does her job very well. she has been very helpful, makes a difference having a property manager that cares about the place she works for, I have to say that I am very grateful and thankfull for the way she goes above and beyond. If your thinking about moving here, I think here is your best choice. The apartments are very nice, perfect to make home.
