This community is now under new management. The maintenance tech Yonik completes my work orders in a timely manner..he also goes the extra mile even if he has to call a professional to come out. The bug issues that I had are now gone. Lakita the leasing agent is attentive and professional. She kept my apartment on the exterminator list; I no longer have bug issues. There is a TJ Max just 3 mins away..I love location and the staff!!

This is based on my experience when I went to speak with an agent about renting from the facility. The agent in the front Mrs Lakita was very nice and personable. She did it have anything available but was willing to call to nearby places to see if they had anything available that matched my preferences. She was awesome.

It really was a good place to live very quiet area until something bad happen that one night Austin was helpful in the beginning and end I think we could ended on a better note but life goes on definitely for couples or roommate it’s over a 1,000 a month even with a decent job you’re struggling your butt off most jobs in the area only 14 a hour so I give it a 4 star honestly I didn’t let my kids go out too much but a few neighbors was friendly everybody stay to themselves and my 1br never had roaches which was good honestly so everything worked and it was remodeled I heard before I moved

Can someone from the corporate office only; reply to this specific post. I would like to discuss the experience I had while living on the property. I do not have the desire to speak to anyone from the management office, about the leasing issue I am currently having. Leasing office management has made it very clear they are not following rules. This is an attempt to solve a problem before I see a lawyer.

Man if I could give this apartment 0 stars I would these people forged my name on a eviction illegally changed the locks on the apartment and kept my son's things as well as mine never gave me a eviction notice never received anything of the sort these are true criminals! lied to the police and said I was rude to them and I've always been cool I've never even really spoke to them all of this just to keep me out of the apartment knowing I have a 10 month old child it be your own people I found a new place and everything and this arrogant black woman with the silver Malibu tryed her

Don't know much about this place but the apartment I'm in is very much out dated. The appliances need to be replaced. They are as old as me. The carpet needs to be totally removed upstairs and the railing going good upstairs needs to cone down and a more updated one put in. The staff is very nice. There are bugs and they do spray but if you have people on both sides of you ???? Overall I would give this place 5 stars out of 10.
