When touring the property as a prospective renter, Nyesha, Assistant Property Manager, was extremely welcoming, professional, knowledgeable of the community and enthusiastic about the tenants. My mate and I even had the opportunity to meet some of the residents who raved about the community. The staff had a genuine desire in getting to know the families within the community. The Park at Arlington apartments is a quite and well kept (thanks Mr. Smith) community and a place that we look forward to calling home!

I’ve been living at this property for almost 3 years. I love it. My neighbors are great, friendly, and helpful. Work orders are done within the week of requesting. The neighborhood is quiet and always clean. Haven’t thought of looking for a new apartment yet and I definitely plan on renewing my lease. Ernest in the office is the bomb. He’s funny always smiling and makes living here a joy ☺️

I had been looking for an apartment to live for about 3 months and knew I wanted to be in a location that is quiet. I kept going to The Park at Arlington website to see what apartments were available to rent. Finally, I called the apartments. I spoke with Earnest Stewart and I am so glad I did! Earnest voice was so pleasant on the phone that I decided to schedule a tour of the property. Once Earnest showed me the model apartment I knew I wanted to become a resident at The Park at Arlington. Earnest is very informative about property. I decided to submit my application. And I will become a new resident

I’ve been a resident here for about 6 months now and I must say my living experience has been nothing but a pleasure! The community is very quiet, clean and organized. All amenities are available to the residents (which is a plus). The security gate is always functioning properly. The office staff has also been a pleasure to work with. Earnest in particular was the first face I saw when I came to inquire about this place. He has been phenomenal from day one. I have nothing but great things to say about this community. I highly recommend making this your new home ☺️

This is a peaceful gated community. It's close to the interstate and shopping. The office staff, especially Ernest is always friendly, helpful and professional. Maintenance issues are resolved quickly. The grounds are neat and well kept. I love amenities...gym, club house, pool, tennis court. I can definitely say it safe to live here !!

It is so hard to find yourself surrounded by people who truly value you or even themselves for that matter. At The Park at Arlington, I have been surrounded by just that since day one. Earnest has been nothing short of professional, honest, & willing to help. I haven’t been here long, but I am so happy that I have made this place my home. I have had tons of questions and inquiries- not once has Earnest made me feel as though I have burdened him with any of it! He has been such a pleasure to work with.

I moved to The Park at Arlington in March. I began seeking to find a residence in February which is when I called the complex & spoke with Earnest. After speaking with him, I continued my search but nothing compared to the level of customer service and professionalism that I had received upon my initial call. I eventually made The Park at Arlington my home & I am thankful that I did. Corporate can be a little condescending, but in my experience you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. Take the high road. Overall my experience has been phenomenal & I must say that Earnest has made it his duty

So relocating from FLA to GA was very difficult and nerve wrecking. Finding a job was far from the problem. It was finding a place to live. That was comfortable and affordable for me and my two little girls. Long story short. The property Manager Earnest made it happen. He provided me with all the Info I needed. And gave me stellar customer service. My move in day was on a Saturday. He was there to settle me in. And even helped with moving some of my stuff in. Anytime I have a question or concern. Earnest Is always on time with getting me the right answers and resolutions to any problem. He works
