Ok let’s just say overall throughout places I’ve stayed this community here is the best! The management is absolutely the best! When I first came here I spoke to Darien he asked me what I was looking for I told him and just like that he got me set up I didn’t have to do any calling to get information he called me to keep me updated on what was going on and on the process I told him I wanted to move ASAP and he got on it just like that with the help of his wonderful boss Ms. Lamar she’s the sweetest they both work together to make sure your needs are met. I didn’t want a top floor apartment

I think that they deserve five stars because they have over exceeded my expectation to what I was looking for. They neighborhood is clean, safe and tidy. I've lived at Meadow Crossing Apts for 2 years. My experience has been wonderful! I live on the 1st floor close to the entry to the apartments. My rent is very affordable, my apartment was upgraded w/ hard wood flooring throughout the apartment & I've never had problems with pests!. Charon(Apartment Manager) is always pleasant & always so helpful! If you're looking for a peaceful place to live that is super affordable come see Charon!

I contacted to see what the property had to offer for people who needed a second chance or had past issues with the law. So the tea is no second chance and there was no direct answer on background. The rent now is $999 per month including water and you need a 500 credit score. I visited property its ok not luxury and are decent sized. I would have preferred the woman i spoke to on the phone after visiting property was a little more friendly and customer service oriented. She was direct abrupt and seem to take issue with questions being asked as though not wanting to speak to me like i was being

This complex sucks! I had to break my lease due to several of roof leaks that management wouldn’t fix! I have two children and we couldn’t live in these conditions. I had to stay off work for a week cause I worked from home due to a hole in my kitchen ceiling and it was smelling like mildew in the apartment. Then I ended up losing my job because they didn’t want to have the contractors come fix my roof and when they did I more leaks in my living room, master room, the other bedroom and the bathroom! Don’t waste your time!

They are a fraud. They show you a very updated and clean Model apartment but won't allow you to see the unit you're moving into until signing date and then it's too late for you to do anything but move it. Don't let them fool you. If they can't show you the place don't put your money down. I was ready to move in then when I was able to see my unit on move in date it was nothing like the model they showed me. The floor had no carpet some kind of old vinyl flooring that had been seen its good days. The kitchen floor had a big stain that can't be cleaned. The counter top was all messed up and was

I've been living on this property for almost 5 yrs and now it's under new management. It took almost 2 weeks for maintenance to fix my water disposal and I'm still waiting on my dishwasher that was suppose to be put in the day after 4th of July. My water pressure through out my apartment has decreased for 2 weeks now and no one answers the phone in the office so you literally have to go up there. I have called the property manager twice leaving voicemails each time and I have not received a callback yet. I have been living in this complex almost 3 years. It has been the worst place for me and my 7yr old. I have had sewage back up 3 times. The last time was in September I have yet to get new carpet. Although mgmt said tomorrow they will be out. I have not got a phone call to confirm. I call the office but no answer. I will definitely not renew my lease. I refuse to be ignored and forced to live in these kind of conditions. I am tempted to call channel two and five. I am on time with my rent why cant mgmt be on time with repairs.
