Staff is not very nice. The place has NO CAMERAS ANYwhere so thats allitle worrying. Living downstairs anywhere but 1 bedroom is a NIGHTMARE trying to sleep at night. And filing a noise complaint to the office does you no good. They get a warning and no matter how many times it happens. No real consequence is given.
