When I moved your first time. I didn’t notice.
but Past few months it is really horrible.
Management change.and service is. Really awful..
The only reason I moved here. because rent is cheaper and close to shopping center.
I’ve been in the USA over 40 years. This is the only one is really awful. I cannot wait to move out.

Quality of apt. 6/10
Quality of management 1/10. The apartment complex manager (Lisa) since the day I moved into the complex she has been nothing but subpar. She as well as her staff has done nothing but make things difficult the entire 11 months I lived there. During a nationwide pandemic. I am also stuck having to pay for an entire week of JEA while maintenance employees are in the apartment working since I have been moved out days ago and have been contacted numerous times to give my final information and payments for the apartment but does not want to take responsibility to pay for their usage

I have had a few issues related to management, some policies and smaller various things. After living here going into my third year, this is home.
The office staff and property manager have been fair and kind, always available to discuss anything. That means a lot to me. In addition, the maintenance staff has always received high accolades from me. Friendly, quick responses and familiarity has always been important to me. I have, however, been disappointed there has been a lot of turnover since I’ve been here. As soon as I meet the new guys, get to know them, it seems they don’t stay here

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value
I have lived here since 2017 and will be signing another lease to
renew for 2021. Grounds are always well manicured and any trash
or debri is removed quickly. Maintenance requests are usually completed
within a 1 day or 2. Nice place to live. Nice looking complex.

Cindy has been an absolutely amazing person to work with. She has been on top of my application from start to finish. I moved in and im absolutely in love with my new apartment. The maintenance people are on top of everything, friendly and very customer oriented. Ive been here 4 days and i can say this already feels like home. Thank you Cindy for making me and my children feel at home and welcoming us into this community with open arms!

I can't say I like this apartment. This has been the 5th apartment in my life and sucks the most. I have been lied to from property manager. I have had bugs since basically move in, and my truck has been vandalized via property manager (filed police report). They switched bug companies, and yet I still have bugs. Matter of fact, the whole building… #6 does. We have spoken to the people to used to live below us, and we know an individual on the first floor. Both confirmed they have them too. So if you love bugs, and an apartment that "tries" to get rid of them you will enjoy here. The last

I have so many great things to say about this apartment complex. It’s been a long time since I have experienced such amazing customer service, from answering questions, simple maintenance, to renewing my lease and all the way to referring my friends.
Anarely specifically has been an absolute blessing and angel in my life. With her professionalism, dedication and caring personality, she is really such a great asset to this community and I could not imagine going through this process without her.
