Very Dirty and Money Hungry Place. This was my first ever apartment and probably going to be my last. The apartments were built very cheaply and poorly. The property was once nice until these kids came along and started destroying everything. I would say that they need cameras for the whole property. Wayyy to expensive as well. Rude Staff and when you request help with something they never show up. People here have no respect either someone’s fighting in the parking lot, smoking weed in the hallways, or destroying the property. The schools nearby are great though.

Rude staff and a money hungry company. If that’s what you want to spend your hard earned dollars on, this is the right complex for you. Make sure you read between the lines before you sign anything. These people are out to nickel and dime you for all that you’re worth and more. Do yourself a favor and stay out of this apartment home.

Ashley Humphrey and Cameron Kite charged cleaning fees for an apartment after a 4 year stay. The cleaning fee represents some items that were needing replaced (caulk, for instance). The values of the individual charges varied and when called out they said how reasonable it was to charge $50 for caulk. This is poor property management in a nutshell and they will nickel and dime you for items a landlord is responsible for.

I have been living here for almost 4 years ! When I first moved here this place was so peaceful and quiet and clean. Everyone seem to care.As time went on and people started moving out and new people started coming in , it totally changed.The tranquility is gone , people party anywhere and play loud music in the street till late at night. Complaints to the office are never followed.For the past 5 months it’s been really a torture for me and other tenants.But nothing has been done.I never knew that you could party outside your home with people and it was allowed.so for the quiet tenants it’s

Cypress Pointe Apartment’s is a very nice place to live. Management and staff genuinely care about the property and the community. It was challenging moving from out of state trying to find a nice, clean place to live site unseen. We found an apartment- the website was great, people were great, and then we show up and it was a nightmare. Needless to say, we didn’t move in and had to find another place to live. We found Cypress Pointe. It was very clean, spacious, a huge kitchen and high ceilings. We kept to ourselves but the people within the community were very friendly. We didn’t have any

I’ve been living here for 2 years and it’s also my first apartment so far it’s been awesome..... The staff are nice especially Cameron..... maintenance is always on time and do a great job love my apartment the community is very quiet witch is awesome considering I work 12hrs a day looking forward to renewing next year

It is with sadness that I leave my sweet Cypress Pointe apartment. What appealed to me initially was how spacious the rooms were (especially compared to everywhere else I looked) along with all the space for storage and the built-in desk/office area. The grounds are well-kept and the maintenance crew is helpful and responsive. Cameron and Cynthia are very personable, understanding and helpful. It's conveniently located near most anything you could need. I loved coming home to this place and miss it already! Highly recommend!

Hate this place, cannot wait for my boyfriends lease to be up, when he’s not here and something goes wrong the office staff conveniently seems to NEVER be around to answer our calls. I have called in the Am and afternoon. This manager lady Patty is so rude, all she cares about is money. I truly feel they judge people not to mention neighbors just do whatever they want, cops are banging on their doors, clearly management does not care that illegal activity appears to be happening. If you’re looking to move warning drive in this place and count how many cars sit here as if no one has jobs, yet

What a joke of a place. Everything that we were told about living here when we signed the lease was a lie. The people are never in the office for anything. When you do finally see somebody in the office they either have an attitude with you for asking them a question or they are to busy to help you out and their answer is it is what it is. For the money you spend on rent here you should definately be more appreciative as a residence and not treated like a problem.
