Eden's Edge has came along way from what it used to be! The place has made some major and beautiful updates and renovations. The leasing staff is great and know what they are doing. I have No issues or complaints. If there is an issue they solve it quickly! Thanks to the staff at Eden's Edge, you are great and made my time here feel like home :)

I am a current tenant at Edens Edge. I moved here from out of state. I rented the apartment sight unseen. I was so nervous! I had read a few reviews. I didn’t know what to think! I however needed a place before my kids started school!
I spoke to the leasing manager Shelley multiple times! She made the process from states away sooo easy! She was kind and polite and thorough. I had secured the apartment three weeks before I moved and I was so relieved. I have not lived in apartment in 15 years! So I still was nervous!

I love Eden's Edge! The office staff is so amazing. I've never experienced any other office team like them. All my needs are always met with attention to detail, urgency, and I'm always greeted with a warm welcome. Also the maintenance guys are so attentive and prompt. I don't want to live anywhere else. Can't wait to renew my lease!

Called in... heard their whole conversation about other tenants and what they discussed about me. Very unprofessional. They said a lot of bad things about me and i heard every last word. Thought Mike was a cool person i guess not after i heard the rude comments about me making my new move. DONT even move here my car was vandalized twice. No security, gates are broken 24/7 someone got shot out here. No cameras. Cameras in the front not even enhanced. So glad I’m out my lease.

We lived in a one bedroom, one bathroom, next to the fence they have put up around the perimeter. One of our biggest issues was that several of the fence rails were missing, so everyone would walk in and out through there, some taking the time to stare through our window or even to knock on it.
Management constantly says they're working on issues, and suddenly it's two years later and they're still working on the same issues. To add onto the frustration

Here goes a long one. I can write this review now since I've moved and gotten my deposit back, lol. For real though. Wife and I moved in a year ago when we first got to Florida. We had to find something rather quickly. Placed looked nice enough and seemed nice enough. And was close enough to my wife's job we decided to go with this place. Preferred a house but we were in a rush and houses we had looked at were already rented. I usually don't like to talk numbers but at $1,136; and get this, 90 cents a month for a one bedroom matchbox, I was expecting a better living experience. Expect
