I have used Autohans for a while now - they always do a great job. Last time I had no idea what was wrong but my Mercedes was having trouble starting. They took the time to figure out what was wrong and saved me money by NOT replacing a major part and now it is starting every time. Always know I will get their best effort.

Once again, Alex and Hans' team exceeded my service expectations: Alex provided me honest and thorough consultation, with options to balance needs and expense. Their certified MB expertise and knowledge has always been very helpful and assuring. The service was then completed sooner than I expected, and at a fair and reasonable price (way more cost effective than my past experiences at the MB dealership). I live fairly far away from AutoHans, in McKinney, and originally went there because of a strong recommendation from a long-time neighbor who has had their family MB serviced their for years.

I bought a 1983 Mercedes from these guys in 1996 and they did stellar service on it, so when I bought a 1998 diesel Mercedes I knew I wanted them to do the service on it. Had the transmission serviced, oil changed, brakes flushed, fuel filters replaced, new air filter and cabin filter all for less than 1K. The car is running great and Alex was very patient with all my questions and emails. I will take it there from now on. They even gave me a car to drive while they were working on mine!

Recently moved from South Florida and found Auto Hans to take care of my 2009 CLK 350. Alex was thorough with my cars diagnostics,his pricing was fair and when my car was delivered to me it drove like new. Prompt, and they really know and understand these 'machines" with honest and capable work! Alex was able to handle unusual problems (eg my softtop mechanism) very efficiently with much less cost than the dealers!

Took my R350 for AC fix because I knew Auto Hans would find and fix problem at a fair price. They did. Surprise was Auto Hans Covid prevention. They are safer than my doctor’s office. Masks, partitions, new and used pen cups, they never touch your credit card and here’s the wow moment — they sanitize you’re key before returning it to you! Well done Auto Hans!

I'm on my third German import and I keep vehicles for several years so I was excited when I found Auto Hans a few years ago. They are excellent mechanics, faster and much cheaper than dealerships. They have resolved simple problems and charged me only 1 hour's labor, and they have also done big jobs such as an AC failure. They are straight shooters. I strongly recommend Hans, Alex and their team.

I wouldn't recommend anyone go here. I went in twice for the same issue - engine dying at idle, poor throttle response, and misc related engine issues. Each time I paid over $400 but the issue didn't get any better, each time the car was dying again the next day.
After I figured out that the tech mistyped several of the engine error codes on the repair log, it seemed that the obvious cause was a dirty throttle body. I spent $5 for some solvent and cleaned it myself (with no prior experience at all with cars, mind you). This only took 15-20 minutes and instantly fixed all my issues.

Believe it or not, one of the hardest things to leave behind in Phoenix was my auto mechanic shop. They did a fantastic job taking care of Audrey, my beloved Audi. I was raised by a dad who taught me how to do some "car things", so my PHX mechanic always had to endure 10,000 questions from me. I'm the kind of girl who will freak out over any tiny little thing that is wrong (or that I *think* may be wrong) with my car. I keep up with oil changes, rotate my tires, etc. and generally try to keep her in top shape.

I've had less than stellar experiences with the Mini dealership. I was quoted almost $900 for a thermostat repair that they had replaced just 3 years ago. Auto Hans did it for more than half the price. They also found a critical miss during my last tune up by the dealership that left untouched would have resulted in thousands of Mini dealership service dollars. I have already spent a couple thousand with Mini service in the last year. I know now I have been way overcharged. Auto Hans has won a new customer.

I'm so excited I found this shop. Dropped my car off today and met Alex. Absolutely the best service, customer service and experience I've ever had at a shop. I will now bring all my cars to Alex. This shop came recommend and was referred to me by someone I used for dent repair.
Alex was professional and very accommodating. I took my E500 in for an oil change and a brake check. I also had a small oil leak but forgot to mention it.
Alex gave me a loaner vehicle. He called me a few hours later to inform me my brakes were fine. He also stated he found a leak and asked for approval before repairing.
The repair and oil change was completed the following day without incident.
I was pleased with the experience and work product. I will certainly use this garage again.

Once I was broke down on the road with a flat tire and no spare and called Alex for a towing service. He gave me a name for a reliable two service and my car was towed to Auto Hans. Alex kindly ordered the special low profile tire and put it on for me.
The mechanics that work there are very friendly and eager to help. I honestly can't say that in the months of July and August here in Dallas I would not want to endure 100+ degrees
