My mother required home health services to get in and out of bed because we are all gainfully . Her schedule time for services is 8:00 am they showed up at 3:30 pm and was upset because they was turned away because my brother came from work to take her out of bed.This is the most unprofessional and unreliable staffing agency I’ve ever come across. They have ever excuse in the book for why they have trouble finding the reliable help. And when you do get a Aid they have nothing good to say about the company.

My dad is bed bound and I was able to get some help from the county to the Florida elder affairs office. Very simple 2 hours a day from Monday through Friday from 8:30 to 10:30. Services were supposed to start yesterday no one showed up until almost 9:30 I had already taken care of my dad so I just told her to go home, and I called and left a message for the person that handles my dad's case and never got a return phone call. today is day 2 and still at 9:14 in the morning no one has shown up and when I called their offices there is no one there to receive the call they still have the answering

I am not a consumer, but wanted to work in this place as an RN. Place is a disaster!!! Office clerk lost my all personal file with my sensitive information, it took over 2 month to get an orientation, and in the end they did not call for any job!!! Upon hire charged my notary fee of $5.00. Can use only my imagination what services they provide and what quality. Shame...
