I don’t generally write reviews unless service is terrible or outstanding! In this case it was OUTSTANDING! From the time I called at 4:30pm on a Friday afternoon for a clogged AC unit which caused a soaked carpet in my family room until our technician left @ 8pm. Wimpy’s was amazing! When I called in a panic, I didn’t know it was the AC unit (I thought it was plumbing related) but the rep on the phone asked me a series of questions and determined that it was most likely the AC unit. Arrived as scheduled. Very well equipped, very knowledgeable. Technican modified the valve handle on the new valve so a seasonal shutoff cover would fit. Before leaving, the tech also took a look at another problem and made a quick adjustment and recommendation for a permanent repair. Overall very professional!

This is one of the few companies left that understands customer service. The phone is answered right away, appointment is scheduled right away and then they show up on time. The work is done professionally, neat and tidy, very respectful of your home. On top of it all, they themselves are very nice and will answer all questions. Great company! Believe the reviews. They came on time and checked for a possible water leak. It turned out I didn't have one, but they did show me how to check down the road if I thought I may have one. While he was here, Anthony took a look at our dishwasher. They did all that for a simple service fee.

It's always difficult for me to call any service company for my rental. Owning an AC business myself yet having to call a company that does plumbing and air was head scratching however I know the lingo so I looked for reviews to help guide me. Wimpys popped up on Yelp as a favorable plumbing company so I went with them. From my first phone call to the last one these guys are good. Took care if several issues and yes the price was an eye opener but not bad. It's getting challenging out there. All cost keep going up. Annual pipe inspection Employee was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. He replaced the flap in one bathroom and unclog slow draining shower. He was able to give me a quote to replace a toilet and to remove and install a new bathroom cabinet, sink and faucet. Quote for toilet replacement was reasonable but I felt the quote to remove and install new cabinet, sink and faucet was very expensive even with a discount for having an annual contract with them, compared to other quotes I looked into.

These guys are the best. Back in October we had to have our whole house replumbed including sewage due to old cast iron pipes. They explained things so we understood the issues and what needed to happen, they were punctual, professional, kept our house clean despite massive digging due to our concrete foundation, and left things in a great condition. They were the best quote we got and were by far the most trustworthy and reliable.
We've called a few times since then for AC issues and a small toilet issue this week and they came out quickly and our warranty covered the issue.

Had a major backup late last night in our main pipe that caused one of our toilets and our kitchen sink to back up and overflow...BAD...while running the dishwasher. Total mess.
I called 5 plumbers...got 3 answering services who said they couldn't get anyone out until the following day, while another one said a tech would call me as soon as available...which never happened.
But when I called Wimpy's, a very nice gentleman named Mike answered, (who i later found out was the owner), and said he was en route to a job but would be able to get to out here within 1-2 hours, and would call
