The man who answers the phone is so unprofessional. He told me I had to locate the sewer tap and do all this pre-work to make his estimating easier. I told him I probably wasn’t going to be able to do all that so I’ll just continue to call around other plumbing companies, to which his response was literally “if you would just pay attention to what I’m saying” hahaha how rude!! I had to laugh and just hang up on him. I couldn’t even believe it

Its tough to get someone to return calls down here but Guiseppe returned my call, gave me an estimate over the phone (rather than charging for a service call )and got the job done same day. Ivan installed water heater for a fair price and did so while keeping area very clean. Would absolutely recommend

Prestia Plumbing was recommended to assist in our kitchen remodeling. We needed both the new sink installed and the old gas range disengaged and then the new range hooked up to the gas.
While the sink was easy, the range was challenging due to the timing. Giuseppe arranged to come by before the delivery of the new stove and then after delivery. With his help we were not left without a stove.
The service was timely, the company was knowledgeable and priced well.

Giussepe quickly responded to my SOS when I had a sewer backup. He came out the next day and arrived at the appointed time and called to tell me he was on his way. He fixed my problem and was very reasonable. About six weeks later a neighbor had the same problem and I referred Guissepe to her. He was out in an 1 1/2 hours and resolved her issue. He is very professional, wears a mask and I highly recommend him.

Giuseppe was great in coming in an emergency and he was reasonable. BUT, 11 days later I had to pull teeth to get Giuseppe to call back and it was only when I used my neighbors phone! His man did come back to AGAIN unblock the same toilet. However in another 11 Days , AGAIN the toilet backed up. HE HAS NOT ANSWERED TEXT OR CALLS. Poor Quality, in the long run Poor Value, and Poor Responsiveness.

We hired Giuseppe to do work on our home and two weeks later, the repair failed. When my husband called to ask him to come look and see why the same issue was going on, Giuseppe started yelling at my husband and refused to stand by his work. I do not recommend this company at all and I believe his positive reviews are from friends and family members. I've never encountered a business owner who takes hundreds of dollars in payment for a job he doesn't stand by and then takes it as a personal insult when you tell him there's a problem.

I have a couple of rental houses (as well as my own) and every time I've had to call them, they have been very PROMPT (even on holidays) as well as surprisingly very reasonably priced. The plumbers are very knowledgeable and always fix the problem(s) in a timely manner. Great communications even with the added complications of having to deal with my renters and also with me. I recommend Prestia to everyone.
