Everything in our house was shutdown. We had backup water in our 2 bathtubs—could not flush either toilet—no laundry could be done—no dishwasher—all sinks came to a halt. This had been going on for 5 days. Called Professional Plumbing— Steve Z—and he came out the same day. What a terrific job he did. Located blockage in main drain—roots were growing in the pipe underneath the house— collecting paper & debris—and clogged everything up. Steve had to send the camera & snake down the main drain a number of times to clear. Steve showed great care & concern that this house was back

The quality of the work is high but their prices exceed that. Expect the work to get done but be saddled with a super high bill. If they come out for 20 minutes, a $250 bill should be expected. If they're out for multiple hours, get ready to pay over $1,000.
I even tried to reason politely with the boss Andy, but they dont seem to care about customer relations. Andy was professional but not particularly caring about the goals of a company or the care of the clientele.
