I was given the opportunity to work with this amazing company not to long ago. I say, given because that's what I feel it was a gift to work with this company who empowers their staff to want to do better each and everyday for themselves, their caregivers as well as clients. The job gave me an opportunity to show and share my compassion, empathy and HEART as an individual. Ive had the service for 3 months. Caregiver has called off 4 times. I understand family emergencies happen the business has not been able to staffa back up one time. Despite management promising before we started that if they could not fund a back up someone from management would go a look after him. But despite promising to even go sit with my grandpa not once has management done so. Disappointed.

The Home Health Aides are Extremely Unprofessional, and The Office Staff is even Much Worse!
Home Health Aides are drinking VODKA while on duty.
Home Health Aides are LYING about The Hours Worked each day.
I would NEVER recommend this Home Health Agency to anyone in The Community!
