Dr. Moher graduated from the University of Arizona College of Medicine and completed his internship and residency in family medicine at the Oregon Health and Science University in Portland, OR. He was awarded the 2018 Doctor of the Year award by the National Council of Behavioral Health due to his work in integrated medicine, specifically his efforts to reduce his patient population's opioid usage.
He is the first family physician recipient of the award, traditionally given to behavioral health providers. Dr. Moher's passion for integrated care shows through his approach to treatment, incorporating the whole-person framework into clinical and treatment decisions.
