I love working with people who are hesitant about the gym or skeptical of their exercise abilities. One example is my client Charlie. He trains with a small group. A few years ago he changed his diet and lost weight on his own. He realized he needed to exercise too but he'd never been in a gym. He wasn't sure what he was getting into.

I have been going to Kyle for my fitness inspiration for over a year now. He has really opened my eyes up to how, when and why I move the way I do. He truly takes the time to show you the correct way to do things and I have never felt better! Chronic pain has been a big part of my life for at least 10 years.

Kyle is as good a personal trainer as they get! He is not your typical trainer. His knowledge has helped me get rid of some persistent aches and pains and push my performance as a triathlete to the next level. I highly recommend him to anyone looking to take their fitness level up a notch or two or three. He is great at taking complex fitness concepts and making them understandable to laymen. Therefore, he would also be a great trainer for anyone just starting down the road to better health.

Kyle is also quite knowledgeable when it comes to nutrition which works hand in hand with any workout

Kyle is great! His workouts are fun and keeps me accountable. I love that I'm getting stronger. I've been able to check off a few items of my Bucket List because of the work I've done with him. I thought that I would only have a trainer for 3 months or so, but it has turned into over 3 years. I've always given up on working out after a few weeks or months because of aches and pains, but Kyle knows how to fix them so I'm able to stay on track.

I had the pleasure of training with Kyle for nearly 2 years while I was living in Denver. I have recently been traveling to work in Denver again and immediately looked him up to schedule regular sessions. He was the first of several trainers I have worked with over the years, but I can confidently say that is still one of the best.

I've worked with a number of personal trainers over the years and Kyle is by far my favorite. He is incredibly knowledgeable on the ins and outs of the human body and mind and how that affects one's abilities to move forward in the gym. You can tell each workout is carefully thought out and customized based on your abilities and workout goals. In addition, his approach as a trainer is not to yell at you but to educate and encourage you. I highly recommend him whether you're new to working out or an experienced athlete looking to improve your skills.

Kyle has been an excellent influence in my life. I have never particularly enjoyed working out but Kyle changed my opinion of getting exercise. He is very invested in my satisfaction with the results I have achieved and is extremely patient--which I value. He is constantly thinking of new ways to mix up our routines and keep my interest level high. Weights, weights, weights - definitely NOT my favorite but with Kyle's expertise and passion it is actually enjoyable. I have had back and knee issues that can make some exercises, moderately uncomfortable - his real life experience and down to earth, humorous disposition is exactly the type of motivation that gets me going every time - thank you Fitness Ignition!

I've been working out with Kyle for almost 9 months and it has been LIFE CHANGING for me. Kyle is not your "normal" trainer. Kyle is very calculating in the exercises that we perform and really understands the movement of the human body. Before I started working with Kyle, I thought I would only have a personal trainer for a short time. I thought that after a few months, I would know enough and be motivated to do it on my own. How naive of me! I now have been working with Kyle for almost 2 years. I have learned a TON, and it seems like I learn something new with every session. … He seems to be a master of movement. When he catches the smallest incorrect movement, and shows you how to fix it, the next rep is a totally new feeling. It may feel more flexible, more stable, more powerful, or less painful. Kyle's been very effective at getting me to stick with the game plan. I've always had back issues and was fearful of doing dead lifts and cleans but he worked w/ me patiently on form foremost - primarily through filming my reps on his i pad. very helpful. He is also excellent on mobility issues as well w/ stretching techniques. Our workouts go very quickly as he keeps me entertained as well

I have been working with Kyle for 4+ years and have not been happier with a trainer / motivator. Kyle tailors to each of his clients goals to that specific person and is not a generic Gym Trainer.
Since not having been in an organized workout routine in a decade +, I was nervous to get back into the gym and not know what to do nor know how to… do the exercises safely. Kyle is a great communicator and I have better results than when I was in my 20s. I would highly recommend at the very least sitting down with Kyle to talk about your goals and Kyle will come up with an attainable plan for

I have been working with Kyle for about 3 1/2 yrs now and I can't say enough positive words to describe his skills. One of the skills I appreciate the most is his ability to clearly communicate and demonstrate what he asks you to perform. I was very skeptical in going to a Personal Trainer (since I have never done so in the past or have ever really worked out before). It took some time to just go do it. I’ve known Kyle now for about a year and… have absolutely no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. He is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. He is always studying/looking at what your potential is and helps with that little push needed to strive forward to reach your personal goals. My life is black & white (or 1’s and 0’s) being a computer tech however, Kyle has brought in a lot of color.
