I am now doing full body push ups (not on the knees but full outstretched) - 36 at last workout and will make it to 40 at my next one. Have never done those in my entire life. My entire body is stronger, I can go up stairs quickly without creaky knees, have stronger core, have lost inches and 7 pounds while building muscle.

I've been working with 3CLICK for the last couple seasons focusing on racing in 2018 and 2019 into 2020. But then the 'rona happened. 3CLICK was able to help adjust with me and shift goals from races to taking care of my health mentally and physically. Being able to connect with their staff virtually or in person has helped me not only hit goals but weather a storm and keep my 'center'.
I couldn't recommend more highly the three different trainers I've had a chance to work with or the coaching either. Their partnership with Performance Running Gym in St. Louis Park has really helped me find value

I worked with Aaron and some other trainers from 3CLICK for over a year. Aaron helped me set and meet multiple fitness goals throughout the year and he even led workouts virtually during the height of the pandemic. Because of Aaron's training, I was able to get back on track with my overall fitness.

I’d never worked with a personal trainer before, but in March this year (at 59 years old, with an unusual heart defect and definitely out of shape) I started training with Aaron, to prepare for a “once in a lifetime” dream trip: to trek up East Africa's Mount Kilimanjaro (in July). Aaron focused my training on exactly what I needed in particular, working very efficiently with the number of sessions I could afford. My friend Tori and I have been working out together with Cheyenne, our fabulous trainer. She has always given us great advice about both healthy activity and nutrition. Plus, easy to understand gym homework! She has also helped us set achievable food and exercise goals. 3 Click is super easy to train with! Their flexible schedules and fun trainers make what most of dislike actually pretty enjoyable! I had my training outside around Stillwater, and inside my home. I even did a buddy training with a friend at her condo and the trainer designed different workouts for each of us. I had to cancel once and they were cool about it. I think this might be the future for personal training.
