As a personal trainer and strength and conditioning coach, I have dedicated my life to helping others achieve their fitness goals. My clients are my number one priority. I have worked with people with a wide variety of experience levels and goals; from Olympic and professional athletes to people just starting their fitness journey.

During the Covid-19 quarantine, he offered PT through Zoom. Showed patience, enthusiasm, and motivated my family and I through the whole work out, every single time.

From day one Tyler has been a great influence on my personal goals in fitness. It’s funny to call him my “personal trainer”. In the short amount of time we have spent together he quickly became a friend.

I highly recommend Tyler if you are looking for your next trainer. Since training with him, I’ve seen a huge improvement in my overall strength and physique. He tailors the program to your goals and pushes you to be the best you can be. His group classes are always fun to be at as it feels like I’m hanging out with friends. Best decision ever!

I LOVE Tyler! I’m NOT a power lifter or even interested in becoming one ...in fact, I joke with Tyler that it is NOT a goal of mine to end up looking like the women in the posters on the wall!! I am, however, impressed with how much stronger, and more flexible, I’ve become under Tyler’s detailed coaching in just four months. (And let’s be real.... my clothes are fitting better.... who doesn’t want that?!). Tyler is professional, knowledgeable and a blast to train with. His extensive knowledge of the body and its mechanics allows him to provide you with hands on adjustments and help for any issue that may be getting in your way. He customizes your training plans for your goals and without him I’d never be as strong as I am! Highly recommend if you have big goals and you’re determined to meet them.

Before I came to Tyler, I couldn't even do a squat--although, I wasn't even aware I couldn't do a proper squat until Tyler actually asked me to do one. Tyler is patient and incredibly knowledgeable. He gets to know his clients on a personal level--their goals are his goals, too. Since I started training with Tyler in December of 2017, I have felt myself become stronger and more confident in the gym. Plus, my squats no longer make him cringe. All in all, it's a win-win for everyone!
