I have been with Studio ME since October 2020, and I could not have made a better decision. I wanted to do something for me, and as someone who has never lifted weights or worked out like this before I wanted a personal trainer so I could learn how to work out properly and in good form. I started out with twice a week and quickly was motivated to increase my sessions to 3 times a week. I really look forward to my private sessions with Sami, she is friendly, flexible, encouraging, and overall great energy to work with. The one on one attention assures me that I am getting the work out that works

I've been going here for a few months, and I've greatly enjoyed my time here. The facility is clean and has a lot of great amenities (shower, lockers, free towels, dressing rooms, etc) in a small space. The trainers are all awesome, and even if you're in a big class like I am, they still take the time to help you keep up and meet your goals.

Studio ME has been an amazing find in my neighborhood. After taking off over 2 years from the gym, Studio ME was able to customize a great plan for me and pair me with the best trainer, Chelsea! There is no pressure from the staff and everyone knows your name and greets you with a smile.
Chelsea has been a great coach for me: patient, positive, consistent, and a good communicator! I've been doing 1:1 trainings with her for almost 5 months and feel so much stronger every day.

Started my fitness Journey with StudioME 7 years ago, with approx. 1,000+ classes under my belt😊. Having so much fun the 7 years flew by!
Throughout the past 7 years, StudioME has been my fitness rock, my reminder of how important my health and well being is! It’s my constant reminder of putting me FIRST!
The team of Coaches are AMAZING to work with. They all have their individual styles, but work as a team to get the same results for the members putting us FIRST. It's a great community of members and coaches to be around, all very supportive in assisting you get to your goals.

I genuinely love Studio ME, and have been working out at Bootcamp classes for a couple months now. The classes kick my butt, the programming is thoughtful, and I've seen gains in just a few weeks time. Studio ME really cares about its community, and they work hard to make classes accessible to all ability levels.
Most importantly (for me at least), the coaches are A++. They're knowledgeable, attentive, and make classes incredibly fun.

I can't recommend Studio me enough! I’m currently taking semi-private lessons and regular classes, but over the 4 years that I’ve been a member, I’ve done bootcamp and the 12 week program as well. Prior to finding StudioMe, I bounced around a few places, but never found a place that made me comfortable and interested in continuing to work out.
The class programming is smart – the coaches work together to develop classes that are purposeful and enjoyable.
At 50, I’m the strongest I’ve ever been, and I’m thrilled with the results I’ve seen (I have muscles!!). I was never interested

Studio ME is the real deal. I’m taking private coaching from Melissa with good progress made in just the first month through workouts designed specifically to meet my goals. Fun and inspiring, I look forward to every session. The quality of the training is impressive, and I’m receiving good value. Owner, Meagan Cooper, communicates effectively by keeping in contact with members and creating an inclusive environment. I've been doing 1:1 training here for a year and a half, and have especially liked:

- the customization of the workouts to match my specific goals

- my trainer, Chelsea's, positive attitude and her ability to change the workout on the fly to accommodate any injury/pain/strain I'm experiencing

- the accountability of having an appointment, which prevents me from sleeping late and skipping workouts

- the flexibility to continue remote sessions rather than training in the studio only

- the meal plans/recipes, including vegetarian options

Studio Me and the entire crew and community are amazing. The close proximity to downtown Minneapolis so I could do classes right after work is what got me in the door. But over the past few years, working with Megan, and having a dedicated coach to help me achieve my fitness goals has been what keeps me going! The community of people and the coaches (Andy/Chelsea you rock!) are all fantastic!

Best Zoom gym I could ask for. No special equipment necessary, and moderate class sizes mean a coach is actually watching you, helping you w/ form & encouraging you to keep pushing. There's accountability and human connection that you just don't get from prerecorded classes.

I looked at other online group classes, but no one else has Studio ME's full schedule of 3-5 real-time online classes a day (with multiple offerings both before and after work to fit your precise needs). Anyone in Central/Eastern time should be able to make this schedule work.

I stumbled across Studio ME Fitness almost 3 years ago to the day when searching for a new fitness place that was close to home, offered a variety of exercise class types (strength, flexibility, stamina, & restoration), and offered small group classes. I love that the coaches have diverse fitness knowledge; the class types provide a full spectrum of exercise intensity; and the members include a variety of ages, body types, and athletic abilities. After a string of large gyms with creepy trainers & customers, small gyms with no support (or cleaning schedule), and everything in between, I stumbled across Studio ME and decided to give it a try though I had never done rowing or TRX. Megan, the owner, and the other coaches are committed to excellent form to avoid any injuries (important to me after having had gym injuries!).

I came here to learn how to row. I was so pleased with my short experience here. I had a groupon and came here for a month. Be careful, because you could easily miss the location. Parking is tough, since it's all paid street parking. Apparently, there is a free lot a block away, but I never figured it out in the snow and cold weather.

The classes are small, which I liked! I think the weekend classes seemed to get up to 12-15 people. The equipment seemed fairly new and was easy to operate for this newbie. I found I like a few teachers best and tried to take their classes. I also appreciated

I joined StudioME via a Groupon deal, and will definitely continue going for the following reasons:
1. Workouts are short (45min) but explosive! I am a triathlete and I am breathless during some of the circuits. They leave you feeling very energized in the morning and a little sore the next day. Megan, the owner, is the Queen of TRX. She comes up with such creative and challenging exercises.
2. Trainers are attentive and make sure you are using the correct technique. They also encourage you to perform at your own pace and always show 2-3 modifications for an exercise.

Studio ME is the place to be! I've always been interested in fitness but could never really find a good fit for my lifestyle. The instructors at Studio Me take the guess work out of it- all I have to do is show up and sweat! The gym has a great vibe, all of the instructors genuinely love what they do and want you to love it too. They are down to earth and friendly, as are my fellow 'crew members'. There are fun social activities too if that floats your boat. There is a nice variety of classes- strength , yoga, cardio and are at a mix of convenient times. The gym also has a locker

I tried StudioMe because I needed something challenging to get me out of my fitness rut, but also something conveniently located. I've done the rowing, the TRX scult, barre and kettlebells, and all have made me work beyond my rut. The cardio of the rowing is by far the most challenging for me, and I keep going because I can see gains in even these few short months. I don't feel like I need to compete with anyone there; just improve my own abilities. Great place!

Studio ME has made me love working out again. I have always been a fitness girl, P90X, Insanity, running, biking, yoga, versa climber, but I always got bored. I love that I am doing something different every day so my muscles actually get sore again!

I love the options. If I want the best cardio workout ever - hit Indo-Row, if I want muscle exhaustion TRX Barre, strength and cardio - Kettlebell, true circuit training + sprinting - Shockwave... so many options.

I am a primal girl and this hits all the core needs of primal fitness; Lift heavy things, sprint once in a while, move frequently...

I found this gym, via ClassPass, and I'd definitely recommend it. This is in the same building as Tuggs. It's a small space and parking can be tough (riverfront meters are $1.25/75 minutes but 2nd Steet SE meters after 6 pm and on weekends, I believe) but the ladies running this gym are fantastic. I'm really out of shape and found the indo-row class particularly awesome. I tried another class (Core Strength and Stretch) and it was very good and I'd like to try others but indo-row is so great so I'll use the 3 times/month allowed by ClassPass on that. StudioME Fitness is great! Megan and Erin have done a wonderful job of opening and running a top notch studio that offers great classes and a great workout. Rowing is one of the if not the best full body workout out there and StudioMe has several different classes that focus on this. They are thoughtful and motivated and have really done a great job of creating a community among the members of their fitness studio. The classes are challenging but go by quickly. Its a great place to get an efficient full body workout! Give it a try!

I have been taking bootcamps from the owner for years, and am really excited to see her finally get a place of her own. One of the few places in Minnesota that has a focus on Rowing, but has a ton of other class options as well.
