All deluxe packages include a hair service, haircut, and a FibrePlex hair conditioning treatment. I scheduled an appointment with Matt who was super sweet and friendly and I gave lots of pictures of what I liked and how I wanted it to look. I came in with virgin hair and my appointment lasted about 4 hours. I asked for an all over balayage and the back and one side didn’t have ANY bleach at all. When I told him I wasn’t happy with the look he offered to ONLY add dark at my roots to darken it up, I declined because I wanted it more bleached and toned. All around I spent 300 more on having someone fix my color plus what he charged me.

No words can describe how incredible Matt is! He is one of the most genuine, down to earth, funny, caring guy and he makes you feel like family. He does such incredible work and always makes sure you’re happy and goes above and beyond for you. I recommend him to everyone because he is so great. I wish i could give him more stars. He deserves it.
