It was a wonderful experience Central Dentistry. When I walked into the door the receptionist Addy made me feel very welcomed. She made my drive into Chatlotte less thought about with our conservation. The nurse that took me back explained everything well and painless. Dr. Miller came in and examined my teeth and explained my options with great expertise. Thank you for q great experience.

Dentist Miller was very professional and thorough in his work. I like the fact that he paid attention to details and seem to really care about the quality of my teeth and his work. He is very professional and his assistant was also very nice. As I had a crown made it takes a while and he was very understanding when I needed adjustments or breaks. It also worked out nicely in my insurance plan. I would recommend this practice for anyone looking for a wide range of services for their teeth.

I had my first cleaning at this office today. The office is modern, clean, and comfortable. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly. I liked that Dr. Miller took the time to explain my x rays in a way that didn’t make me feel ignorant. I will definitely continue going to this dental office. The equipment is top of the line and the staff is fantastic!

I love my dentist :) It’s conveniently located on the main road and it literally feels like you’re going to a family members house for a visit, it’s cozy and clean inside, the dental hygienist is very knowledgeable and gentle. The dentist and assistants are very skilled and precise and the front end staff make you feel very comfortable, definitely recommend it for other anxious people like me who used to have a fear of the dentist. This place will take good care of you.

WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS OFFICE. They WILL do out of network dental work without notifying you that its out of network. Then, they’ll bill you the amount that your insurance didn’t cover, and THEN, they’ll send you to collections for the ridiculously high amount despite your bill NOT DUE FOR ANOTHER MONTH!!! We received an out of network bill… randomly (no one informed us prior to the procedure that our insurance didn’t cover it, otherwise we would’ve never done the procedure, obviously why they didn’t let us know it was out of network), and 2 days later

I had an emergency root canal two days ago. The staff got me an appointment the same day. This was the most painless root canal I have ever had and I did not even have to take a painkiller. Being the daughter of a dentist I have high expectations. Dr Berglass is very skilled and his staff are very professional.
