The team at MY Dentists is just the best. The front office staff is friendly and welcoming; the team is always right on time, and everyone there treats you like family. Of course, none of that matters if the care is not also top-notch, but the care is absolutely the best. The entire team is obviously committed to ensuring that my teeth are clean and pain-free. I'm in Fort Mill, and the MY Dentists team is so good that I'm happy to make the drive into mid-town!

I purchased a Groupon for services at My Dentist. I was looking for a new dentist and decided this was a great deal and I was very pleased with my first experience. My hygienist was Donna, and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. She did an amazing job cleaning my teeth and made me feel so comfortable and incredibly easy to converse with. The dentist who came in was also incredibly nice and provided me with some very helpful information!! I am very pleased with the experience I had, and look forward to my next cleaning in 6 months. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking

The staff are very personable and caring about your needs, from the receptionist, to my dental hygienist, to the service scheduler and Dr. Blake!
I have moved to Shelby but will continue to have my bi-yearly exams here because of the comfort I feel!
Considering that this is dental and not normally an enjoyable experience, speaks volumes of the staff here at My Dentists!!!

Donna the Dental Hygienist was awesome! Because I've had a few bad experiences over the years I was skeptical about going to a new dentist in my area. She made me feel very comfortable and did a great job. The Dentist Dr. Tom Pinnavaia has a wonderful bed side manner and very easy to talk to. Great atmosphere.. They are very patient and take their time treating you.

I loved this place! Definitely, my new dentist office. Dentists give me a lil anxiety, and I was not wanting to go...I actually left this cleaning feeling great, and my teeth look amazing. I owe my great visit to Vicki, my hygienist, who was phenomenal. I absolutely loved her personality; she was very calming and professional. Thank you for my checkup. I'll be giving my business to this office from now on, based on this appt.

Very friendly staff, Dr Blake was also very friendly knowledgeable and gentle. I am one of the many people who fear the dentist but I experienced no pain, discomfort and the process was fast but efficient and my tooth looks great. I wish there was time to do all of the work necessary today but I will definitely be back for the rest of my work.

Vicky was absolutely tremendous! She was engaging, professional and did a fantastic job on my teeth. Dr. Blake visited me and was very polite and knowledgeable. Specifically, I really appreciated him taking the time to go over my x-rays and explain things to me. The great service started even before I arrived there thanks to Kayla who booked my appointment :-). Overall my visit was nothing short of phenomenal!

Had to eventually leave Dr Pinnavaia's office after his dental hygienist made a remark about Jewish people not knowing i was Jewish. Having issues with my root canal now finding out the canal work was put 5 mm into my sinus canal. The material used will break apart so not able to be pulled down which is now leading me to have my tooth pulled out. Saw an endodontist and an oral surgeon to Confirm findings. Not very happy

"I have to agree with a few other comments concerning the MyDentist.org office on Billingsley Road. I went to the practice because I bought session on groupon---but when I got there, the upsale was worst than a used car salesman..... I needed a tooth removed--and was told I should have a permanent plate implanted then the tooth formed to fit....but that would cost me more than $5,000!!! They ended up putting the plate in ($1,000), but during this service, I was given at least six shots of novacaine---sending my blood pressure into the stratosphere.....I ended up being wheeled out the backdoor

As usual, they were amazing this morning. When Dr Michalski left, I was totally bummed. I had been going to him since paper charting (we figured that out this morning), but Dr P slid right in and now I ask "Who is Dr Michalski?" Not really but I love this practice. They schedule my husband and I at the same time. He sees Vicky and I see Kim and they are both fantastic. They remember the details of our life and pick up the conversation right where we left off 6 months earlier. I never feel like I'm at a car dealer who is pushing me to have some work done. I'll continue going

First of all, I would give 4.5 because it is expensive. But because the great service and staff I will round up. By far the best dental experience I've ever had. The hygienists are very skilled and are super empathetic to any type of sensitivity. I thought at first it was the first hygienist I had, Vickie who was the best tooth cleaner I could ever imagine. Years later I had to reschedule an appointment and got a different hygienist. And she was just as awesome! They always get you in right away. They are personal but not overbearing.

Well here it is: over a 6 year period I've literally spent thousands at My Dentist in Charlotte NC. About a just over a year ago a crown cracked causing extreme discomfort. Went back to My Dentist they replace the crown but didn't do a complete exam. A few weeks later I was still experiencing extreme sensitivity so I go back and nore I need a root canal. So the removed the crown did the root canal put a new crown in place. Myy issue is this if they would have completed an extensive exray they would have seen in needed a root canal prior to the new crown. Now they are charging me 1750

The dental service is clean, professional and excellent, staff are all very friendly and warm like families. Overall experience is great, except one thing -- the billing. This is why I gave took 2 stars off.
They have Smile Maker Plan and this plan is designed for people don't have or have poor dental insurance (which means with paying such insurance and dental care you still pays more totally than what this plan costs), as an alternate. Considering even Blue Cross& Blue Shield dental insurance only covers an individual 40-50% (https://www.bcbsnc.com/sapps/shopperservices/guidedselling
