My appointment was scheduled for 9:10 AM on December 9th. I arrived at 9:05 and was promptly called to a procedure room. I was at the facility for about 3 hours and the dental team was engaged with me the the length of the visit. The team was very professional, and I was treated very courteously and with compassion for the duration of the visit.

First time visit for long overdue exam/cleaning. I liked being able to do my new patient paperwork on my phone, and got brought back right on time. Lee spent a whole hour on me before Dr. Khan reviewed my x-rays; no attempt to upsell me on any service, just some advice on potential future issues. See you in six months!

I’m new to the area and found them at random but I’m glad I did! The office personnel (Jessica maybe Jenny? Not good with names) but both were super kind, attentive and made effort to help me when my insurance was having an issue. They followed up and then the sweet lady (again names I forget) was so nice and so was the doctor. I’m glad to have found them and loved the fish aquariums as well! It made me feel more at ease. I would suggest them!

Do NOT recommend! They are charging an extra $10 to each patient to cover the disposable mask that the dentist wears. I repeatedly told them my insurance doesn't cover it but they still charge this unnecessary fee. They say they will waive it if insurance doesn't cover it, but is ridiculous to charge in the first place, especially when you know insurance won't cover it! Worst of all the dentist took off his mask while talking to me inches away from my face. That is definitely risky in this COVID-19 pandemic !

I would give less than 1 start if I could. I received an advertisement in the mail offering a free cosmetic or full mouth rehab consultation and a free consultation to see if i was a candidate for invisalign. These were a few of several other 'free' offerings on the postcard. Turns out that none are free but this is not explained when initially making the appointment. This is complete and intentional FALSE ADVERTISING. When making the appointment not a single mention was made of the required $99 fee for exams and xrays. On the day of the appointment I called to make sure it was on

I called to schedule an appointment stating I needed a cleaning and to have the dr look at my night guard. Scheduled an appointment for 2:00. Working as a clinician as well, I had to take off my entire afternoon for the appointment, while seeing my last patient at 1:00 at my office. I called the morning of my appointment to confirm my appointment time of 2, and the office administrator stated it was for 1:50. I stated I was unable to make 1:50 do to my schedule, but that I could be there at 2. The OA said that was fine and to just come at 2. At 1:15 that day, 45 minutes

My wife and I live 25 miles away and we feel it's worth the drive to to go to Eastover Dental. Dr Hostrander and the very good staff make both of feel very comfortable. It's hard to find honest and caring people today. We found that at Eastover. Dr Hostrander will be my dentist for life no matter how far I have to drive.

I'm needing whitening and playing catch up too; not going in for 1-1/2 years, and saw great reviews for Eastover. Elizabeth stayed patient through a number of my pre-visit email volleys and was very informative! During x-rays, I let my x-ray champ know I've a small mouth and she succeeded in nearly a zero amount of uncomfortability-truly amazing :)
Betsy was cheerful, funny and diligently thorough, as my teeth had much plaque/some sore spots.
I have ADD and verbal conversations can be trying for me to assimilate. But Dr. Dan is a sweet person who also happens to be a dentist and he carefully
