I have been going to this place to take care of everything, from cleaning to filings to getting invisalign now. After a small period of neglect, I was a little worried about finding the right place and City Dental turned out to be exactly what I needed.

I called around to multiple offices in the Charlotte area and City Dental was able to see me the quickest. They were extremely efficient, while Dr. Walsh was professional and thorough. My emergency dental appointment lasted just over 30 minutes from check-in to check-out. I did not have a primary dental practice before today, but I will now be using City Dental for all of my dental needs.

The folks at City Dental were kind, courteous, and helped to make me feel comfortable during my visit. The office is much more homey and warm than a normal dentist, and the hygienist and doctor were both very chill and very helpful. Got a thorough cleaning and an honest assessment. Will definitely continue to go back as a patient.

I love City Dental because they always get me in and get me out. My last appointment was at 7am. I arrived at 6 minutes after and was done by 7:40am. Crystal is nice as always. Our conversations always keep my mind occupied and Dr. Walsh is great as well. He's very nice and straight to the point always making sure your teeth and gums are in great condition. I've been here for years and will continue to use their outstanding services.

This was not entirely a friendly place. None of the assistants or front desk personnel were rude, but I never felt a personal connection was ever attempted. The Dentist who worked on me in particular seemed competent enough, but was very short and lacked in the department of explaining anything. While I am educated, I'm no dental whiz and he seemed very disconnected in ensuring I left the office understanding what care I needed to continue providing beyond simple brushing and flossing. Can't say I am inclined to return as a customer here.

I went to this dentist for a regular cleaning, they said i had my first cavity and my primary and secondary insurance will cover it to be filled 100% no questions asked. Also to be said my pervious dentist and my current dentist have no idea how they came up with saying i have a cavity. 6 months pass and they start the every day harrasing phone calls saying my insurance rejected payment. To which i call my insurance and its all current and no problems. And now 2 years later they sent me to collections for something they said i would never have to pay for! Cosmetic dentistry at best. I found a lack of thorough exam & recommendation for a night guard. My initial impression was to find a new dentist for my next cleaning, it wasn't until my next visit in San Francisco with my new provider that I realized they missed so much & cost me larger issues with time elapsing. Every aspect of my visit was 5 stars! The waiting area was very pleasant, the receptionist was polite and friendly and it smelled like a spa because they had an oil diffuser going. I only got to enjoy it for about 2 minutes though because that's all I had to wait for my appointment which was a nice change! My hygienist, Crystal, was super friendly and did a very thorough job cleaning my teeth with no discomfort. Asked for a recommendation for a dentist on fb and City Dentist was recommended for of 6 times. I visited their Web site and decided to make an appointment. I'm so glad that I food. From their clean and modern waiting area, the pleasant receptionist, the professional, delicate touch of the Hygienist..I think her name is Christy, and the personable Dentist, Dr. Walsh, all exceeded my expectation. I'm skittish about about dental procedures and they put me at ease. The teeth whitening program is a big selling point. I will be a regular patient and highly recommend their services.

I absolutely love going to the dentist. I know.. I'm weird. But the experience I had this morning has blown away any other experience I've had in Charlotte. My appointment was for 7am and I arrived around 6:45am. (Pro tip - the elevator doesn't work until about 6:50am, so keep that in mind.) I can't recall the name of the lady at reception but she was very friendly for it to be that early!

I recently visited City Dental with Dr Jesse and couldn't be happier to have them as my dental crew. Linda, the hygienist was extremely thorough with my cleaning and even did a Cancer screening, which I had never had done before. Dr Jesse was wonderful as well. Explained my options for tweaking my Invisalign treatment that I had completed with my previous dentist but still had some minor work to be done. I can say I'm really happy with this office and their staff and would highly recommend them.

The hygienist was very professional, nice, and explained everything she was doing. Also, you know that you have gotten a good one, when you leave the dentist and your teeth and gums are not sore at all!
The dentist, then came in, and was very professional as well. Explaining to me work that needed to be done. However, very pleasingly, was not pushy at all, unlike many other dentists around.
Before leaving, I was given a quote for the work done with what my insurance will cover and what I would exactly need to pay out of pocket.
