Services
Dr. Brian Williams, Charlotte's King of Crowns, is a native of Greensboro, North Carolina and a graduate of Wake Forest University and University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Dental School. After graduating dental school in 1996, Dr. Williams ventured out joining the Air Force. As a captain in the Air Force, he was stationed in Wichita, Kansas where he served the men and women who so graciously served our country.
Thanks to our new CEREC technology, we can often craft new and replacement crowns in a single day, often during the same visit. These near-instant porcelain restorations are permanent, enabling us to skip the step of "temporary" crowns and repeat visits. Using 3D scanning, modeling and crafting technology, a perfectly fitting crown is created while you wait.

Today, I had another great experience at Dr. Williams’ practice. The facility is very clean and they continue being vigilant when it comes to germs (They were that way before Covid, too). I was there only for a cleaning and I saw Heather, another highly skilled, professional and knowledgeable, and caring dental hygienist. Now my teeth look clean and shiny and they feel great. The front desk staff is welcoming, helpful and organized. I’ve been with this practice for almost two years and, so far,this place gives me a feeling of calm and it is filled with caring, considerate people.

Be prepared for staff that aren’t friendly, and don’t expect services to match what is described. I paid for teeth whitening services and was assured it would provide whitening better than whitestrips (“6 to 7 times whiter”); however, I have had better or sane results with strips. Communication from an interim dentist was terrible (Dr Williams had apparently been injured in an auto accident), and I’ve had to have the work done by another traveler completely redone at another office. Just overall terrible experiences with this office. Wouldn’t recommend.

This has got to be the best dentist in Charlotte!! I have been going to Dr Williams for over 6 years now. He and his staff are an absolute pleasure to deal with and Tyler runs a very efficient office from booking convenient appointments, to referrals with specialists and especially dealing with insurance. The office is beautiful and everyone there treats you like a good friend and makes you feel totally at ease. Let's face it, not many people enjoy going to the dentist, but this dentist has got it right. I give the highest recommendation!

Wonderful experience at Dr. Williams’ office. The staff are so kind and welcoming. They go the extra mile to make you feel comfortable while answering any questions you may have. Heather was lovely. She took extra care to make sure I was comfortable and Dr. Williams did an excellent job placing a new crown. I most concerned about pain I would experience during this procedure but there was no pain at all. Great experience!

Highly recommend this dental practice. Lovely staff, friendly faces, and professional dental work. Just started coming here and had a crown put in. Was a great experience! Dr. Williams was very eager to answer all of my inquisitive questions about the procedure and show me how everything was done. After relocating to the Charlotte area from California a year ago, my partner and I were seeking a great dentist. Both of us usually have biannual exams/cleanings and honestly didn't have the highest expectations of what we were looking for. We've been patients of this practice since 8+ years now. Dr. Williams and the entire staff is amazing. Dr. Williams is very knowledgeable and has great bedside (chair-side?) manners. He makes you feel very relaxed even if you are nervous about the procedure. All the dental hygienists and staff is good too. They are very personable and treat you like family (they will remember details about you like a new addition to the family and ask you about it) and they are all very pleasant. Tyler at the front desk does a stellar job running the whole show.

Have been to his office twice now. Both times everyone was great. Have experience both dental hygienists, Terri and Addie. Both were great and took their time with someone who has real dental anxiety. Be sure you pay attention to how to get to their office from the parking deck. There is a pedestrian bridge from Midtown Medical Center to Metroview (the building they are in). There is no need to walk outside in the rain or heat. Took me a bit to figure this out the first time. You have to take the elevator to the 2nd floor in the parking garage (which is completely counterintuitive). There office

Love this dentist office. Have been going here for over 10 years. Nice clean office and friendly staff. Addie is my dental hygienist and she is fantastic. Very gentle with the cleaning and concerned about my comfort. I love that they have TVs in the rooms to keep your mind off what they are doing to your mouth. I always enjoy a little HGTV programming when I'm in for my teeth cleaning.
Parking is a little bit of a pain, since they are located in a building next to Presby hospital. You have to park in the deck, ride the elevator to level 2 and then take the cross walk into the building
