Mr. Miller is admitted to practice law in the state of Oregon, United States District Court for Oregon, United States Court of Federal Claims, Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims, before the Veterans Administration, and federal law qualifies him to represent service members and veterans before various military boards.
Mr. Miller began his career as a Marine Corps Officer and Naval Aviator. After retiring and removing the uniform, his desire to continue serving led him to spend time volunteering overseas. After a few years in real estate, Mr. Miller and his family relocated from Florida to Oregon to attend law school.

We offer consultations via the following methods: in person, phone, Zoom, FaceTime, Skype, and chat/messaging. We offer free consultations for VA appeals. For DoD issues, we charge $100.00 for a 30 minute consultation, which must be prepaid. Representation at the VA Regional Office (VARO), Board of Veteran Appeals (BVA), and Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC) is on contingency.
There are many great military attorneys that represent service members throughout the military's Disability Evaluation System. However, far too often they are not actively involved in service members' cases until late in the process. This delay makes attaining a client's desired outcome more difficult.

This firm cannot return a call nor give me information pertaining to my own court case that they represented me in. I have called and was told to submit email with my requests. Therefore I sent an email twice now with no response or call back whatsoever. Its a bit disheartening considering I will have court again on this particular case and as such would like some sort of preparation in place. Unfortunately it doesnt look like this office will be of any assistance.
