Lakehurst

My name is Stephanie Russ and I'm a current tenant at Lakehurst Apartments. The staff at Lakehurst are friendly and very professional. The maintenance personnel are quick to respond to your requests and I have never had any problems with staff the 4 years I've lived here. Lakehurst has 2 fishing ponds that I love and a large dog park. A nice playground. A firepit and a large pool for family fun. It's a safe and great place to live. They also have monthly contest and things like snacks at the office for the kids after school. It's just a great place to live. 5 stars*****

Loved living here, had to move out of state but overall this was a great stay, the trees turn white in winter and the the neighbors were friendly and the people at the office were also very friendly, definitely recommend for anyone looking for a place near fay

‼️Anyone in the Spring Lake, North Carolina area‼️ If you were ever thinking of moving into Lakehurst Apartments, DON’T. They have absolutely NO REGARD for their residents safety. In the… month of July alone, there have been 6 motor vehicle break-ins. One of them being my car. They attempted to break into my husbands car as well but they couldn’t break the glass. (Will include pictures) There have been home invasions, even someone’s car was stolen. Just this month alone. Over a month ago the Leasing office at Lakehurst Apartments

Well maintained!! Management cares about our family by checking on us periodically. It's quiet thus peaceful here!!

As a resident and Employee of Lakehurst, I have found great pleasure in being a part of this experience! The team is amazing and never skip a beat! I'm grateful to be a part of this community

Lake hurst has been an awesome place to live. They welcomed us from the day we filled out an application. We moved here from Connecticut. Diana in the office is amazing. She’s right on anything we need. And awesome with the kids.and Nate in maintenance is wonderful are well. Me and my family have no regrets on no wing here!!!!!!!!

As a contractor, I have done many jobs for Lakehurst. They have always been friendly and respond quickly to the residents needs. The management team is always on top of things. Highly recommend this complex!

Very respectful workers. Clean areas and very nice pool. Very helpful when needed.

The apartments are spacious and it’s a nice community. I moved in to this community because of space, location, and the manager Kimberly. If I ever had a problem she made sure it was taken care of. Now that she’s leaving, it is definitely not going to be the same. She makes us feel like family and important to her. I’m going to miss her a lot and I don’t know what is going to happen when she leaves. The only good thing about current situation is Tyler and Zach are staying and they are awesome maintenance guys.

I moved into these apartments a year ago and Kimberly went above and beyond to get me a apartment. These apartments are very nice and spacious. If I ever had a problem with my apartment I could stop by the office or call and have the issue fixed by management right away. Kim is one of the best property managers I have ever experienced. Very polite, knowledgeable at her job and great customer service. Definitely going to miss her.
