I have been living here for about 10 months now, and I have never had any issues. Any maintenance request was promptly fixed. The management is good. And it is a fairly, I would say very quite place considering we live near Fort Bragg. They also offer a Lease Lock program which allows you to not have to pay a deposit upfront before moving in, for those who are working on a better situation/future, that is an amazing opportunity to have.

I have lived here for a few years and have had a great experience. The staff at the office and maintenance crew are amazing and always have assisted me with any problem. Living in an apartment you except to have noisey neighbors, and yes It happens sometimes but very rare. Everyone is pretty respectful to each other and very friendly. The staff works extremely well with service members with I have appreciated so much

Lived in one of their 2 bedroom apartments for 2 and 1/2 years, which was a wonderful experience. The staff is very kind, understanding and helpful, and they always fix things in a timely manner.

I love living here. The prices are good, I adore the office staff, and they were out within two hours when my AC broke to fix it. The apartments are nice, and The community is always clean and friendly. I can not recommend these apartments more

Over all great, have no complaints. Everyone is nice and works together here. Love the pool is the summer time just wish the gym was opened up but since covid lol

Not bad close to my workplace and a few stores and restaurant, quiet and peaceful place. It’s pretty much affordable and clean. Available staff when you need them.

Management and maintenance are always friendly and helpful. Close community relationships with neighbors, which is a good feeling after being on Covid lock down so long.

If I could give this complex zero stars I would. Maintenance never fixes anything. My dishwasher has been leaking on my floor FOR MONTHS and the cupboard next to it, it’s soaked and they just keep running the dishwasher saying they don’t see anything and leaving. Everything in here is cheap and will fall or break off and maintenance won’t properly fix it. Secondly, god forbid you have to call the front office. No one is ever there or answers the phone. But if you can get ahold of someone Courtney is the nicest up there. I found mold in my apartment and haven’t been able to get in contact

I love this neighborhood. It's very peaceful and the staff is amazing. They are available to answer any questions that I may have and any maintenance issues are always handled in a timely manner. The application process was easy and straightforward. The apartments are affordable. I would definitely recommend this area to others.
