Although this apartment complex has nice amenities and the staff is quite nice, you can hear EVERY SOUND that your neighbors make. Upstairs neighbors are constantly blasting music to the point where I can’t hear my own tv right in front of me, because the base to their speaker is so loud. Issue has been for about 6 months. I have brought it up to the office, even showed proof with videos that they were louder than should be allowed in a complex, and nothing has ever been resolved. Everywhere else I have lived, has limitations to how loud your music can be out of respect for your neighbors but

Let start phone calls, always answer or return phone calls no matter how many times you call them always treat you polite and willing to help. The facilities are clean, fitness center is not only treadmill have a little of everything, doggie park, oh the best "valet service for trash", no more fights who have to take the trash can out.

Waterford Apartments have been an absolute joy to live in. The entire staff genuinely cares about not only the community, but every person in it. Constantly I have experienced staff (maintenance and office) bending over backwards to help out. From helping tenants unload furniture, providing advice, helping out families of those deployed, putting on a myriad of community events, to even simply just remembering your name, the staff doesn’t disappoint. The grounds are incredibly well kept and the buildings are maintained constantly. Guests are always impressed with the community when coming over

I can't recommend Waterford enough! I absolutely love living here! The office staff is so friendly. They get to know you on a personal level. They are always having get togethers or having events to engage with all of us. The maintenance staff is top notch. Every issue that comes up is fixed in a timely manner. They are always incredibly nice, very knowledgeable, and are willing to help out with anything! I have not had a single complaint since moving in about a year ago. My lease is almost up and I will 100% be renewing! Highly recommend!

I’ve never seen so many great google reviews on any apartments so I was eager to see if they were true. I lived here and they really are great. The staff is always friendly and willing to help, there were no bugs/roaches and the complex is very quiet. I’m always a bit weary of apartments because you never know how they are at night. There were no sketchy characters, no loud music and no people hanging around making you feel unsafe. So that was a huge plus.

Moved in 2017 December and so far everything is fabulous. Yes the walls are thin and you may be able to hear the tv under you but we are on the 3rd floor so thankfully it’s not a significant problem. The area itself is so quiet that really you’d probably have the same noise pollution in another community even if the walls are thicker.
