If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Not only is West End is such a beautiful community, It’s so welcoming and the energy is so positive and fun! Every single person makes you feel right at home the moment you walk in the door! I do have to brag on Kelsey, gosh, she is truly the best, from her advanced knowledge of any and all things leasing, to her contagious kind and friendly energy. I could go on and on about how amazing Kelsey is, how knowledgeable she is, how kind she is, and how she can make you laugh and smile the moment you see her!!! I moved in a few months ago and absolutely love living here. I feel safe and the office staff goes above and beyond to help you in any way they can. I had a few minor maintenance issues that were handled within one day and handled well by their staff. Chelyn has been very responsive to my needs and has went above and beyond to help me have a great experience here. If you are looking for a great apartment community you won't regret choosing this one.

Great place to live, very nice apartments and amenities! And the staff is super, especially the lady Chelyn Mullet is so nice and very informative about West End and it was definitely a pleasure talking with her. Due to the very nice welcome we received at West End, we have moved them to the top of our list as our #1 choice in Fayetteville to relocate too.

I’ve never rated an apartment complex a 5 before now.
Moved in a month ago from Indiana. Chelyn was a huge help as she did a virtual tour with me as I wasn’t able to see the apartment style before moving, and she was one of the main reasons why I chose West End among other area apartments. I was pleasantly surprised seeing my exact unit the night I moved in. Everything was clean. The rooms are spacious. The appliances are great. The Spectrum agent that West End connected me with was super helpful as well.

Finding an apartment is stressful and when I toured this beautiful community with Ally she made it stress free and enjoyable. The community is close to everything yet feels secluded and peaceful. They offer a car wash station, pet wash station, off-leash dog park(s), grilling station, two 24/7 gyms, community center to use computers and print, and a resort style pool! The office staff is very friendly and inviting. The apartment homes are very spacious and updated. Loved this property and how they run it!

After a horrible experience with a different apartment complex, visiting West End at Fayetteville gave me hope. Good customer service is an absolute must, and this is what I received from touring West End at Fayetteville. Amy gave us a tour around the clubhouse and the amenities. There are not extra fees for using the amenities, and gas grills to use anytime. The higher ceilings also gives the apartment a warm home feeling. I also cant forget to mention the snacks given to us when leaving the model. Great apartment community.

Currently looking for a place to stay, I drove around this area and ended up asking one of the maintenance guys about the layout of the property. He was helpful by listing all of the excellent amenities they offer. I also noticed how clean the property was. The maintenance guy even told me about a pet wash they have. I will definitely keep them in my when I'm ready to get my apartment!

I toured the west end and was so pleasantly surprised at how beautiful it is. It is peaceful and clean. I was also greeted and assisted by Chelyn was so helpful and kind. She went out of her way to give me all the details so I could understand them clearly. She has great customer service and had a huge smile on her face the entire time. She made me feel as if I was with family. You guys have a wonderful staff member here! Thank you so much Chelyn for all your hard work and help!
