Our apartment reeked of cigarette smoke to the point where delivery crews and maintenance would complain of the smell when they entered the apt. All of our neighbors were chain smokers and management allows them to smoke in their apartments which carried into ours through the air vents. Next cockroaches infested the apartment. Each morning we would wake up to find multiple cockroaches wandering the kitchen. I'd advise not living here unless you can't afford a better place.

Because we work from home, we are generally in our apartment 24/7. Like all tenants who signed a lease here, we also expected to live in a comfortable space. Instead, due to rowdy and trashy neighbors, poor pest control, cigarette smoke, and lousy maintenance, we have been unable to live comfortably at all for an entire year.
First, the neighbors are generally friendly, but some of them are rowdy because they talk loudly and play loud music outside. The walls are thin and as such we hear these loud noises all the time throughout the day and in every corner of the apartment

I moved to PP 9 months ago. Very quite neighborhood, very affordable and clean. The Maintenance people come when requested and are nice. If you need anything ask for Cheryl OR Tori. They are super nice and will exhaust all their options to help you. Overall this is a really nice place to live. The neighborhood is safe and quite.

I have had a great experience at park place apartment homes. I have lived here for 2 years. It's quiet and clean neighborhood. The best part of my experience are the maintenance crew. Any request I submit, my order always get fixed on time. I enjoy the convenience of the portal as well. I recommend park place too anyone. Thank you park place for my great experience. Best apartment I ever had so far.

I've been here about 2 years now. I've had no problems at all. Maintenance does well with making sure the filters are changed and usually has all work orders completed within a 24/hr window. My upstairs neighbors are VERY LOUD at the moment but only because they are arguing SUSTAINABLY LOAD can I hear them. Otherwise it's pretty quiet around here and most tenants I've passed on my walks seem nice enough. I really like the doggy play pen they have for when I can bring my doggy home.

My husband and I have lived here for just over a year now, and we honestly love it!
Maintenance is friendly, and they respond pretty quickly to maintenance concerns (within 24 hours usually). We don't get the water shut off a lot either (that was a major issue with our former place). The grounds are really clean and well-kept (grounds crews are out every week). The apartments all have brand new windows and brand new carpets are installed before you move in. So that alone has been really nice. Parking is also pretty good as long as your neighbors don't have a ton of people over. Most important
