We moved here August 2021. The workout room doesn’t work, the pool wasn’t available at all. The laundry mat card readers doesn’t work. We have requested a washing machine since we moved here and have YET to receive that. When we moved in management told us we owe the $200 fee for the application which made NO sense because how else would we have moved here? I showed them bank statements where WE PAID. Now 3 months later they have requested us to pay AGAIN. When they pick up trash they leave your trash can upside down with the lid on the floor inches away from where you place the trash can

Missing light bulbs, paint on carpet, dirty appliances and sticky cabinets, mold, a 6" crack in the bottom of the tub, no water pressure, half painted cabinets, poor repair work. But they will charge you a fortune and tell you that you got the "upgraded cabinets and appliances" what a joke! I made several maintenance requests especially for the tub. Nobody came the entire 3 months I was there! The office manager avoids people like the plague. I received several email notices that the pool was open only to walk over that same day and find it locked! I thought I would be ok short term but I think

Awful, awful, awful! It has been raining in our apartment in NUMEROUS locations since we moved in in May 2021. Maintenance is truly terrible. Constant water on the living room floor from leaking HVAC unit. Ceiling collapsed in coat closet from the water. Raining inside the refrigerator. All since move in week in May. Fixed…no. Work orders are created, yet never worked. In the office constantly trying to get these issues addressed with no resolve. Yet, they keep flipping apartments instead of handling current residence issues. It’s a shame because we love our place. Will be moving when lease

I applied for an apartment at this location today. I felt scammed as soon a Francine said the apartment wasn't completed and her assistant made up an excuse right in front of me! Like if I didnt catch on. Next it was the$50 administration fee, it went to $100 after the two managers agreed. Total $150. IF I AM APPROVED....after a few conversation's behind closed doors,they will call me.... several years ago when I applied at this same location, after a fire at t folks took advantage of homeless folks by thesetheir money ....will keep you posted.

This place was ok 5 years ago but since then it has changed owners 3 times. Now it is terrible they don't handle work orders unless it's air conditin problem my living room ceiling has mold ice maker has not worked in 2 years maintenance has been here 2 times still doesnot work toilet keeps running and stove left front bunner not functional. Oh and kitchen light's were out for almost a month i am almost bli nd and need all the light i can get to get around they did not think this was a PRIORITY DON'T MOVE HERE WE ARE GOING TO MOVE

The Plantation Flats Family has been so good to me , I have been an tenant here for over a year, no problems at all, all request answered in a timely manner. Extremely professional staff, S/O to Mrs. Francine, Alexis, Beyda, Mr. Sam, Von, and all the staff, are so AMAZING!!!!!! I Appreciate them, so much, reasonable prices, clean, well maintained, quiet and secure.

Management is unprofessional. Head manager Francine is rude and harasses tenants. Assistant managers under her lie with her but also they thinks she doesn’t help fix anything. Management and maintenance don’t communicate well at all. Had a friend who lived here and didn’t renew lease because of maintenance weren’t properly taken care of but I didn’t find out until I moved in. Work orders are submitted but aren’t completed, Maintenance is horrible. Their work is horrible and half done and they say they complete work orders that are put in but half to come back 2 days later to fix the

I have lived in this complex going on 3 years now. I am thoroughly impressed by how much this complex has improved under the new management (compared to 2018 and 2019). My mom first noticed how much better the landscaping and upkeep of the grounds were. Then I noticed the friendly emails and the effort the office was putting in to involve everyone and build a sense of community. Even the games are REALLY fun! Lastly, more maintenance/groundskeepers have been hired, so my maintenance requests now get completed the same day! Even my fence on the back patio has been rebuilt. These reasons are ultimately
