I still live here, everything was fine until the day the air conditioning failed, I made the complaint orally, then I sent an e-mail that is dated May 2021, at the end of July, they only run the system for days and then it was left without this valuable service. I call their emergency number and they ignore me, or they only answer me for fulfilling the call today the temperature is 90F and I have to sleep with my children in this condition and I have a week since the last time they fixed it in quotes. but I still don't sleep.

We've lived in one place for 24 years, so when we started to look for an apartment to rent we had no idea where to start. Stephanie has helped so much she called more then once to check on us, our time line didn't work out at rosewood, but Stephanie went above and beyond to help us anyway. Thank you for all your help.

I’ve been in Rosewood since July and Me and my husband have had the BEST experience! It’s very quiet and no we have no complaints ! Stephanie in the office has made sure everything has been perfect from the day we signed our lease in July . Anytime we come in she’s always so nice , helpful and always has a smile on her face ! And even if we are just stopping by to drop off the rent , she makes sure everything is working properly and we are not having any issues ! I’m definitely impress and glad I’ve chose Rosewood . We’ve even recommended a friend , whose moved in and enjoying their
