Pets are limited to two per apartment and may not exceed 40 pounds full grown. Pet owners are required to pay a non-refundable pet fee of $300 per pet and $25 monthly pet rent per pet for the pet lease term. Shot records are required upon pet lease term.

Wish I could give negative stars. Leasing manager is unorganized and instead of being nice about trying to reach me she lied and said my phone was out of service but when I got up there the phone rang when she called it. They Won’t refund me my $250 deposit and gave someone else my place without notice. In addition to not being understanding and just wanting to be right she raised her voice at my mother while I was crying because I’m stuck with no home during a pandemic. No emails or nothing. Don’t live here they just get mad instead of trying to understand.

Front desk lady had a terrible attitude. Communication is terrible so don’t expect to get a response. Then they blame you and claim you don’t answer your phone and claim it’s “out of service” when I literally answer phones for a living with that number. I thought the customer was supposed to always be right? Don’t move here....

I’ve been living here at Marrington village for about 4 months and haven’t had any problems that are described on these reviews. I love the fact that my children can go to the park and pool without being afraid of gunshots or gang members in the neighborhood. Ms Laura and her staff in the office were very welcoming to me and my family. We have a large 3bdr 2bth and I love it here. The rent is pretty affordable.

Most definitely false advertisement, pine harbour is roach infested the grounds are filled with trash and the tenants aren’t even able to use commodities like the pool or gym. The pool in pine harbour has been closed for over 3+ years!! extremely ridiculous considering we pay rent every month we expect what we pay for to be open for use. maintenance has to be tracked down and hunted for the simplest problems such as a toilet to be fixed. DO BETTER!!!

I wouldn't tell my worst enemy to move here. If you wanna live here be prepared to be your own pest control & Every week pest control will have to be called there and literally there are 3 different species of roaches in these apartment . When you flush the toilet don't leave to quick because you'll have to flush it a least 3 times or you'll leave something behind.The floor is uneven in my bed room so my dresser leans forward. My tub starts pealing at least once a month. And you have to tell call them at least 2 weeks and they might fox it. I've been staying here going

Worst rental experience in my life. 7 mos and the stove never worked once despite multiple work orders. Under sinks are rotted through and can’t even be used for storage. Electrical outlets and bathrooms didn’t work upon move in and took 3 months to fix. Windows were SCREWED SHUT. Kitchen sink leaked enough to fill a bucket every time dishes needed to be washed. If the cabinet was open and disposal was working the water sprayed over the entire kitchen. Roach infested.
