I love how clean and functional the oven, microwave and dishwasher all are, as well as the apartment overall. The pool and surrounding area is nice looking and very accessible. People parking in the handicapped parking spots and in the car washing area is not so cool but at the same time that's none of my business.

Almost a month ago, the roof of my patio collapsed and I have a leak in my room that grows with each rain. Two weeks ago the office said that someone was coming to solve this problem and so far nothing, they do not answer e-mail giving a satisfaction of the problem. In addition, my air conditioner does not work well and with rising temperatures we are experiencing heat. I find it regrettable to have to resort to other methods to solve a problem that apparently is simple. They are playing with the safety of my family. This place has gotten worse and worse. There is a huge constant turn over in staff. The trash situation at compactor was completely always out of control. Constant trash on the ground. It was a dumping site and smelled terrible. If you want to know what its like to live where no one speaks english, this is the place. Lots of foreigners and illegal immigrants who shack up as many as they can in one apartment.

Mr. Bino is a incredible guy in the maintenance and he does his works very well, but all the other people in the office and in management does a horrible job and attendance, I live here for 4 years and instead of helping us they only makes things worse and charges a lot of taxes and fee for any random reason. Once they made a mistake and only charged 60 dollars in the rent and my automatic payment only payed that price, then next they charged our normal rent price plus taxed for late rent but it was their fault.

After living here 2004 -2020, I have never had trouble getting an air conditioner replacement filte each month, after paying my rent, which is always on time. Last month, I was told that I must do an email to get a filter! I have never heard of such! The filters are now stored in the maintenance garage. Before the covid pandemic, they were kept in the office. After paying my rent, I would go, and retrieve it. If there is a change, I would appreciate hearing it from the people who gets my rent.

There is no support to help when you need it most, email is not answered, we are ignored. We had a very serious problem when it came to rent renewal and it was confirmed over the phone that the rent had been renewed automatically, I asked them to send me an email confirming but the people who serve us are always unwilling to help. Then a fine came for non-renewal of contract and I had to pay. I had to change apartments and they generated another payment slip, I paid, they charged me again. I asked to pick up the key to the new apartment in the morning and they said they could only deliver it at

VENDORS BEWARE! Audubon owes my company over $2,000 for moving vehicles while their parking lot was getting paved. 3 full days worth of work... unpaid. They told me that the person that authorized the charge was no longer there, so they are not sure if the charges are correct. Do what?!?! I sent them over the signed contract as well as the invoice. They change management like most change their underwear, so no one knows what is going on. Just filed a small claims case against them to get our payment. But we shouldn’t have to do that!
